The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and will take charge of managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients. French Teacher Required For a Hereford School

Key Stage 3 and 4

Full time - Permanent

An MFL Teacher is required for a mainstream Secondary School in Hereford. The school have high expectations that are combined with outstanding teaching leading each student to be aspirational and determined to succeed.

The full-time, permanent role starts in January 2025 and will be teaching French across Key Stages 3 and 4. Your role is to help students achieve excellent results in MFL whilst keeping a high standard of teaching and a positive and enthusiastic approach.

Newly Qualified Teachers are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants need to have:

• QTS with MFL specialism
• Experience teaching French up to KS4
• Good classroom management
• Excellent behavioural management
• Ability to fulfil all aspects of a full teaching role

Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors needed for flexible supply work in Hereford

Are you a Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Mentor, Learning Support Assistant?

TeacherActive are looking for flexible supply staff to work on an emergency cover, day to day or short term basis in Secondary Schools in the Hereford area.

What is emergency cover?

As best as they can, schools will always try to pre-book in any supply cover they need, sometimes days or weeks ahead. But unforeseen changes in there staffing levels can happen quickly, and on the day cover is needed.

Schools will ring us any time from 7am-8:30am letting us know their requirements for that day. That is when we would call you, our emergency cover supply teacher / cover supervisor and offer you the work we have for that day.

You will be covering lessons for the absent member of staff. Lessons will already be pre-planned and prepared. The lessons could be in one subject area, or in different subjects throughout the day.

We know emergency cover doesn’t work for everyone, so if you are looking for supply work, but emergency, on the day cover doesn’t work for you, we would still like to hear from you! We also have opportunities for staff looking for advanced bookings, short-term roles, long-term roles and permanent posts.
