Roles & Responsibilities

She will be responsible for managing company's full set of accounts and prepare and produce basic financial reporting for the management.

Key duties:

*Production of month end management accounts including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.

*Management of accruals, prepayments,depreciation and petty cash monthly journals.

*Reconciliation of monthly key ledger balance sheet and profit & loss accounts.

*Complete management reporting activities such as analysis and reconciliation reports.

*Maintain accounting records and databases.

Candidate Profile & Attributes

We are looking for candidates with the following background:

*Malaysian female in age group 28-38.

*Professional qualification ACCA or CIMA (Graduate or finalist) or Bachelor degree in Accountancy.

*Candidates who have prior audit experience would be a big plus to consider.

*Candidate for this role should be technical competent and up to date with all relevant technical accounting pronouncement and standards.

The job

此時，成功的候選人將負責公司治理並確保公司遵守《公司法》和馬來西亞上市規則規定的義務。您的新角色將涉及提供董事會支援、監管合規和公司管理。

角色和責任的詳細信息

該職位是全職、永久的，並將在集團公司總部工作。身為公司秘書主管，您將為集團公司秘書和董事會履行公司秘書職能提供支援。

協助確保所有秘書職能符合公司法、馬來西亞證券交易所上市要求和證券委員會的規定。

負責管理 PLC 及其集團公司的公司秘書合規工作。

協助處理公司秘書事務並遵守法定要求。

就其公司和法律責任以及公司治理事宜向董事會提供建議。

管理董事會和股東事務，例如組織會議、準備和分發董事會文件、報告、會議記錄和公告。

出席公司集團的董事會。

要求：候選人簡介

渴望擔任此職位的候選人必須是一個積極主動、工作態度積極的人。同時，候選人必須能夠展示一些紮實、強大的企業管理和專業的人際交往能力，因為您將與高階利害關係人打交道。

成功的候選人必須是 ICSA 畢業生（合格或部分合格），並在 Co Sec 職能中獲得一些相關經驗。您必須積極主動，並對在壓力下工作有積極的態度。

-ICSA 合格/部分合格。

- 至少2-4年的公司秘書經驗，最好是在上市環境。

-良好的英語口語和書面能力。

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient Client Support:
  • Provide timely, accurate responses to client inquiries via hotline, email, and live chat.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in client servicing and account management, preferably in payment services or eCommerce marketplaces.

• Results-Driven: Focus on achieving business targets and delivering measurable results through effective customer relationship management.
• Customer-Centric: Consistently strive to exceed expectations and drive customer loyalty.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English; capacity to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
