This Registered Nurse-HBPC Seacoast position is in Nursing, Ambulatory Care Service at the Manchester VA location. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week.

• Functions as the Supervisory Nurse with responsibility for nursing services and nursing care on the Pediatrics Inpatient Department. Includes compliance with standards of care, patient safety, and compliance with other applicable standards. This plan includes a complete staffing plan, which is evaluated and revisions made as necessary. Plans the work for the unit; work schedules; ensures adequate nursing coverage for safe and effective patient care.
• Evaluates daily operations and services provided to assure efficient use of resources, including patient flow/process, work flow/process, productivity, and take appropriate corrective and evaluation action as needed. • Develops, interprets, and provides program guidance to the Wing regarding maintenance policies, procedures, budget, training criteria, and manpower/personnel. Interprets command aircraft assignment configuration and reporting policy and informs appropriate Wing personnel of requirements and provides sufficient follow-up to ensure compliance.
