Process requests for disclosure of health records and other documents as requested by NHS Resolution, solicitors, or (potential or actual) litigants in person in accordance with the relevant legislation (Pre-action Protocol for Clinical Disputes, General Data Protection Regulations, the Data Protection Act, Access to Health Records Act). Prepare claims reports, including statistical and financial information, to support effective planning of the claims function and to identify areas of risk . Record and monitor the cost of claims and associated legal costs, reporting on expenditure and lessons learned. With the Head of Governance and Senior Claims Handler develop and maintain links between claims, complaints and risk management to ensure that learning can take place across the Trust. Respond to enquiries received from outside bodies such as the NHS Resolution or solicitors. Liaise with key managers within the Trust to obtain information needed to investigate claims. Produce documentation to support payment requests and present to the Head of Governance for authorisation. Extract the appropriate information from the Claims database and Payments Tracker to create the month-end Finance Provision Reconciliation and work with the Finance team and NHS Resolution to resolve any queries. Maintain a record of payment requests and authorisations. Attend meetings, seminars and training as necessary for the purpose of personal development and share learning with the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Improving patient flow within surgery hours, increasing the time efficiency of appointments, and reduction of waiting times Reduce time spent by GPs on managing correspondence You will be expected to develop links with local GP practices, colleagues within the service and local communities to ensure delivery of integrated, patient focused care, demonstrating flexibility in the role and a caring attitude towards patients. Sorting clinical post and prioritising for the GP in terms of actions. Signposting some post to others such as clinical pharmacist etc. Extracting all information from clinical letters that needs coding and adding to notes Arranging appointments, referrals, tests and follow up appointments of patients Preparing patients prior to going in to see the GP, taking a brief history and basic readings in readiness for the GP appointment. Completing basic (non-opinion) forms and core elements of some forms for the GP to approve and sign such as insurance forms, mortgage, benefits agency forms etc. Helping the GP liaise with outside agencies e.g. getting an on call doctor on the phone to ask advice or arrange admission while the GP can continue with their consultation(s) Confidentiality In the course of seeking treatment, patients entrust us with, or allow us to gather, sensitive information in relation to their health and other matters. About the Role

Care Workers at Level 1 implement Care Plans and report any concerns or reasons care plans cannot be followed, as well as monitoring care and welfare of citizens, recording accurate information on running records, communication books, care plans monitoring charts (e.g. weight monitoring, falls, etc.) and other written and electronic communications as required.

Care Workers at Level 1 are also expected to work and cooperate with other professionals, as well as citizens and their meaningful others, to ensure a shared approach to care and support and continuity of care and treatment.

This role will predominantly be working on a one to one basis, specifically with citizens who have learning disabilities, who may present challenging behaviours.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· Implementation of Care Plans and contribution to running records and daily monitoring forms;

· Ability to encourage and support citizens to achieve and/or maintain maximum independence, and to maintain contact with friends, family and community;

· Knowledge and understanding of the rights, needs and feelings of vulnerable adults from diverse social and cultural backgrounds;

· Ability to follow all instructions, policies, procedures and guideline

- A DBS enhanced check for a regulated activity is required for this post.

What you’ll bring

The successful candidate should have relevant educational/training experience in addition to proven site, domestic, commercial or industrial experience. You also need to demonstrate an enthusiastic approach to teaching, learning and assessment. In this role you will lecture and assess on a range of Carpentry & Joinery qualifications to both full time and apprentice students. Our provision in this area ranges from Level 1 to Level 3 so you will need to possess skills to deliver across these courses/levels.

The successful candidate will hold a relevant Carpentry & Joinery Qualification (either NVQ level 2/3 or other equivalent level 2/3 qualification). Ideally you will hold a teaching qualification, however, if you don’t, we will support you to gain one.
