• In this position you will work in the Military Personnel Division, Directorate of Human Resources as a Human Resources Assistant.
• Responsible for the maintenance of military personnel records. Ensures that the force maintains deployment readiness by working with installation leadership to ensure that Solider information is accurate and up to date.
• Reviews incoming regulations and directives relating to administration and military programs, functions, and procedures, determines impact on current operations, and keeps the Director informed on pertinent changes.

• Serve as the St. Louis VA Regional Office FOIA/Privacy Officer and is primarily responsible for the RO’s compliance with all FOIA/PA laws to include regulations and guidance within each Act.

The incumbent has advanced knowledge of scheduling appointments, including interpreting, and verifying provider orders in accordance with VHA National scheduling guidelines and facility policies.
