Job Overview:
To provide reception, referral, and information to clients in a flexible, respectful, and non-judgemental manner, including referring to others, and answering queries; keeping up-to-date records and files; using IT systems and word-processing as appropriate.
Based at our main site in central Truro, you will join an experienced reception and administrative team providing key support to the clinical team. Experience of working on a busy reception and/or booking team will be advantage, as will experience of related administrative duties such as writing medical correspondence and handling referrals.
Please note an enhanced DBS will be required.
