" Taking and relaying messages/information.
" Dealing with a range of queries.
" Preparation and transportation of medical and other records.
" Making appointments.
" Arranging meetings.
" General office duties such as photocopying and faxing.

Working Hours:

o Band 2 & Band 3 - Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Rate of pay is £11.45 - £11.67 per hour and will be paid on a weekly basis
