Customer Account Management Lead
Location: Annesley, Nottingham, NG15 0DR, Hybrid options
Salary: £35K - £45K per annum, DOE
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week, 8:00am - 4:15pm
Contract: 12 months FTC, Full time

TST have an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated customer services team, we are looking to recruit an experienced account lead who strives to build a great relationship with a new client.
The right candidate will have a natural customer service focus, with a pro-active attitude.
As the business continues through an exciting period of growth, they will be responsible for supporting new business to the company whilst developing strong, meaningful relationships, developing an understanding of our customers' business needs.
As our Customer Account Lead you will have overall responsibility for delivering the customer expectations and identifying opportunities to improve, ensuring the customer is given the best possible service, anticipating their needs, and meeting all cost and quality requirements.
In addition to this you will be specifically responsible for:
- Managing forecasts and gap closures to variances, whether inbound or outbound.
- Managing adherence to delivery requirements, including and not limited to lead time, packaging, customs clearances, and slow moving WIP resolution.
- Co-ordinating quality issues on the accounts whether associated to current Work In Progress or previous deliveries.
- Managing adherence to external customer quality standards as committed commercially by TST.
- Account cost control and profit management.
- Loading and maintenance of customer orders.
- This role will include limited business travel, including international travel, for customer visits.
Required Skills & Attributes
- Proven skills in customer relationship management.
- Strong influencing skills, confident in communicating with all levels of stakeholders.
- Developing improvement plans and delivering these to meet account KPIs.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and data presentation.
Desirable:
- Understands basics of visual management including typical manufacturing KPIs.
- Language skills in French or Spanish would be an advantage.
- Experience in Aerospace and quality requirements would be an advantage.
