What skills and experience we're looking for
Manor Wood Primary School are looking to appoint a well-organised and hardworking School Business Manager to join our friendly staff team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, skilled, reliable and will work to ensure the smooth running of our primary school and attached Nursery, Out of School Club and Children’s Centre. The successful candidate will have excellent administrative and interpersonal skills and will be able to work efficiently and effectively to lead and manage all aspects of school administration, including routine financial, health and safety, and personnel management duties.

This is a permanent position, 37 hours per week, all year round.
The successful candidate will be joining a like-minded and friendly school team. As part of Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust, we have access to a network of Lead Practitioners who are equipped to support the successful candidate in developing their career.
Successful applicants will undergo an enhanced DBS check prior to employment and will abide by Owlcotes Multi-Academy Trust's policies and procedures and Manor Wood Primary School's safeguarding and child protection policies.
