About the role:
The Property Contracts Manager is a pivotal role allowing business as usual delivery within Cadent Property to be efficient and a good value for money. They are responsible for managing contractors within the Property portfolio, including locally based small contractors as well as the Property departments major contracts and ensuring these contracts are well managed and are fit for purpose according to business requirements.

- Ensure that all contracts are accurate and relevant documentation is correct and updated when necessary Manage and Maintain all Property Procedures, Processes and Documentation and to ensure all Contractors meet the necessary Accreditation and Health & Safety requirements.
