The Role

Alongside other Service Managers, you’ll be managing and supporting the Home Support Reablement team to provide a boroughwide, short-term service that supports people to regain lost skills, and learn new skills; adapting to the challenges that living independently can present. You will work with the management team to help regain the “good” CQC rating; liaising with teams across Bolton Council and FT (NHS) to do so.

You will be office based, however you will need to travel across the borough depending on service need.

About You

With experience of working in a care, home support or reablement service, and excellent communication skills, you’ll support and manage a staff team of coordinators, resource planners and support workers. You’ll need well-developed networking skills to build relationships with other service managers, in order to improve service delivery. You’ll be computer literate and able to use a variety of applications across the service. You will hold a full driving licence, and access to a vehicle to use for work purposes. You will act as a lead expert in all aspects of procurement and supply, providing professional advice to internal and external customers to the Trust.
