In this role, you will be working within our domestic properties with damp and mould cases. The position involves working on installations of kitchens and bathrooms as well as external duties.

You will be working 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with some overtime available.

The hourly pay rate for this role is £16.72 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £14.25 Inclusive of holiday).

The person

• Ideally a Degree or Diploma or similar in a technical or engineering discipline
• Two years + experience in a Field Service Engineer role - ideally medical equipment
• Servicing of electromechanical equipment
• Experience in producing product technical documentation (e.g. Service manual, technical reports)
• Experience in Biomedical, Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industries advantageous.
• Full driving licence

Lead for Housing Property Teams, overseeing the responsive repairs and void section within the housing team, ensuring all projects and works are delivered to cost, quality, and time constraints.

Works to housing stock are critical to minimise the risk to residents and the public, as well as to meet legislative and regulatory requirements and maintain the future value of the Council's housing asset portfolio.

Responsibilities
