Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and updating the stand
Moving parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

• Function as the principal staff advisor for all security program issues.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, shower rooms, stall walls and doors, and all waste areas. This includes around sink and vanity areas and mirrors.

• Inspect and clean all windows and window frames, both interior and exterior.

• Detail clean all baseboards, wall trim, walls and handrails throughout the facility. Must ensure that all surfaces are free of handprints, scuff marks and dust.

• All air vents, TV’s, PF signage, storage or glass doors and light fixtures must be dusted and cleaned.

• Trash from all waste areas must be removed or “pushed down”.

• All rubber or tile flooring must be vacuumed throughout gym floor, including auxiliary rooms and under gym equipment.

• Supervisory Responsibility: This position may oversee up to 1 employee during assigned work shift. Will ensure team can adequately exhibit and maintain all Excel values, principles, and duties, as well as meets established club performance metrics and expectations.

• Work Environment: This job operates in a fitness club environment and routinely uses standard custodial equipment such as cleaning chemicals, floor scrubbers and vacuums. The noise level in the club environment may be loud on a regular basis. Will be required to operate in lavatory areas.

• Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move objects up to 75 pounds. • Position Type/Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time, non-exempt position. A non-exempt employee is one who is entitled to the minimum wage and/or overtime pay protections of the FLSA. Days and hours of work can be expected to be between 32-40 hours a week. Depending on which club schedule the shift will typically be a weekday morning shift between the hours of 7am to 7pm. This position may work outside of normal business hours to include evenings and weekends as needed. These hours are subject to change at any time dependent on business needs.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the delivery of the DBI approach, which has widely been recognized as innovative and pioneering across Scotland.

DBI is a two-tiered response; a Level 1 response from frontline partnership agencies and Level 2 supportive interventions delivered by Penumbra. A Mental Health and Wellbeing Practitioner will respond to a referral made on behalf of a person experiencing distress within 24 hours, with the provision of time limited support. The Practitioner will then deliver community-based problem-solving support, wellness and distress management planning, supported connections and signposting for a period of up to 14 days.

The role will include delivery of support through a blended approach. Support will be delivered through Penumbra locations, community and health care settings across Aberdeen, remote VC and telephone.

Job Purpose:

To provide a single point of overall strategic leadership for the Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership, including lead responsibility for delivery of the services
agreed by the Integration Joint Board as defined within the Strategic Plan, as well as management of the integrated budget for those services. To lead on the improvement of those services to achieve the best health and social care outcomes for patients, people who use services and carers within the Aberdeen
City Partnership area. Accountable to the Integration Joint Board and reporting to the Chief Executives of NHS Grampian and Aberdeen City Council.
