Momentum Instore have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Beauty Merchandiser on a flexible basis, working 8-hour days Monday to Friday as and when we have projects (2025).

We have a busy 6 weeks from the start of January 2025 (schedules of work to be given in December) and are looking for key people in your location. Paid training days will take place in December and paid before Christmas.

Work throughout 2025 on a project-by-project basis.

Role and Responsibilities


Visiting retailers and using detailed planograms to update the stand (attention to detail)
Moving and installing new parts around and resequencing stock according to a new planogram
Changing over the visuals/graphics
Maintaining the stand, keeping it looking fresh for customers that visit the store
Travelling to your depot* for kit collection, which is paid time.

The postholder will provide public health expertise on substance misuse and alcohol within the Council, partner organisations and the wider health and social care system. Expected to lead on the commissioning, development and implementation of an agreed range of public health programmes relating to substance misuse and alcohol and plan, monitor, evaluate and respond to need ensuring prevention and early intervention is embedded across the local system.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialist public health leadership in developing, implementing, and evaluating substance misuse and alcohol public health programmes to improve health and wellbeing and reduce health inequalities across the life course.
Lead on development of multi-agency and integrated population, community, family and individual level primary,secondary and tertiary substance misuse and alcohol prevention programmes working across council departments, organisations, partnerships, and communities.
Responsible for the substance misuse and alcohol budget. This includes commissioning/ performance management of the adult substance misuse service, oversight of the Supplementary Substance Misuse Treatment and Recovery Grant (SSMTRG), inpatient detox, rehab placements and Individual Placement and Support (IPS).
Provide specialist public health leadership on areas such as reducing drug related deaths, alcohol licensing, Balance Northeast and attending the Northeast Drug and Alcohol Leads Network and any ad-hoc regional meetings.
Work alongside the Public Health Consultant and the Public Health Lead to deliver service improvements to ensure the local authority achieves its key performance indicators.
Lead on the development, implementation and evaluation of substance misuse and alcohol evidence based public health and health improvement programmes and service plans and translating national policy, latest evidence base, regional and local policies into local action.
Provide public health leadership in relation to substance misuse and alcohol and provide advice and guidance to Council officers and other stakeholders.
Lead the system wide approach to the substance misuse and alcohol across Sunderland, working with internal and external partners.

Qualifications:

A relevant degree level qualification, supplemented by public health, health improvement or public health commissioning improvement knowledge, acquired through training, courses and or experience and continuing professional development.

Knowledge:

Advanced knowledge and understanding of applying public health theory and practice and assessing and describing the needs of a defined population.
Advanced knowledge of health inequalities and social determinants of health.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, national strategies, policies and interventions in relation to Public Health.

Experience:

Solutions4Health are delighted to be offering the role of Consultant in HIV & Sexual Health at Doncaster. This is a Ful-time/Part Time/Flexible post with a salary of £93,666 to £126,281 depending on experience. Role Summary The appointee will be the Lead Consultant responsible for the provision of HIV and Sexual Health Services providing clinical leadership and clinical supervision in relation to HIV. It is envisaged that the post holder main duties will be to undertake STI and HIV clinics. Knowledge and experience of delivering Contraception LARC clinics would be considered within the Job Plan. The post holder will support and develop the Sexual Health Service in Doncaster. The post holder will share clinical responsibilities with professional colleagues and will actively contribute to the governance arrangements of the department. The post holder will be encouraged to contribute to research and training activities. The appointee will be expected to work with clinical colleagues supported by local managers in providing a safe, efficient and effective service for Solutions 4 Health. He/she will also be expected to support the development of additional services in community settings to ensure that patient safety, confidentiality, and effective clinical governance are maintained and to help develop appropriate clinical pathways. The person appointed will take his/her equal share in providing cover for colleagues during periods of absence. The Post holder will share responsibility for the training and supervision of departmental junior clinical staff. He/she may also have educational supervision roles for specific individual trainees. The appointee will be expected to take an active part in Undergraduate and Postgraduate teaching. He/she will be expected to guide/carry out audit projects. Participation in departmental research projects will be expected. The successful candidate will work according to the terms and conditions of the national consultant contract. Required Skills/Qualifications The successful candidate will have a MRCP (UK) Or Equivalent and a Full Registration with GMC and name on Specialist Register (HIV) or expected within 6 months of the date of interview. If an applicant is UK trained, they must also be a holder of a Certificate of Completion of Training (CCT) or be within six months of award of CCT by date of interview.
