Responsibilities:

• Executes HR strategies in support of the Broken Bow plant.

• Partners with the Talent Acquisition organization to support the recruiting and marketing events for the site, ensuring compliance to EEOC requirements. 

• Supports Access HR in addressing employee relations issues, performance issues, and associates; complaints and grievances by coaching the associate and their leader. 

• Uses various online HR Information Systems to manage HR processes around reporting, recruitment, performance management, compensation, workforce management, etc.

• Addresses compensation issues, as needed, to ensure consistency internally and within the local market.

• Reviews and approves performance appraisals, job evaluations, educational assistance requests, and corrective/disciplinary action, ensuring consistency in administration.

• Advises on training and capability needs, facilitate training to improve managerial effectiveness.

• Provides advice concerning EEO guidelines, improvement suggestions, and communication needs. 

• Develops, communicates, interprets, and implements HR policies as needed.  At the direction of the Sr. HR Business Partner, leads HR related Continuous Improvement projects.

Qualifications:

Education

• B.A. or B.S. Degree in Human Resources Management, business or related field.  

• Human Resources Related Professional Certifications preferred.

Experience

• Minimum two (2) years of HR experience.  HR experience within a manufacturing/industrial setting is a plus.

The Sr. Human Resource Manager is a strategic business partner assigned to support the Peripheral Intervention US Sales organization. The selected individual will be able to build internal business partnerships and drive projects that support the organizations strategic objectives. This position requires that the individual be able to build and maintain relationships with senior level executives as well as employees at all levels. Key Role:

This position will support the Human Physiology, Performance, Protection, and Operations (H-3PO) Laboratory, which conducts research and provides operational expertise in several technical disciplines to address health and performance risks for astronauts.

Disciplines include Extravehicular Activity (EVA) physiology, exercise physiology and countermeasures, and applied injury biomechanics. This position will work closely with the management team and project technical leads to launch and improve products that further NASA’s human spaceflight efforts.
 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for driving product vision, strategies, and roadmaps within broader context of organizational needs
• Work closely with stakeholders and customers to identify product opportunities and customer pain points
• Partner with project technical leads to ensure that technical schedule is supportive of product roadmap
• Present work to stakeholders and perform product outreach duties, such as the launch of new product features
• Engage customers in product testing, including A/B testing and solicitation of customer feedback
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product vision, define product requirements, coordinate resources, and guide team through milestones

• At least 2 years' experience in product management/support roles

• Experience in a fast-paced professional environment, supporting multiple projects
