DESCRIPTION:
Under general direction, the incumbent of this position functions in a key executive management role, reporting to the County Executive. The incumbent is responsible for providing leadership in the strategic planning, development, acquisition, implementation, and operational initiatives in all areas of information and communication technologies in a constantly changing environment. QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college or university with a Master's Degree in business or public administration, computer science, information systems or other closely related field and ten (10) years of executive level information systems management experience providing a wide variety of technical support to a large County.

Position Overview

Autodesk's Desktop Virtualization Team within the Enterprise Systems and Experience IT organisation is seeking an Information Security Specialist to help safeguard our digital desktop computer systems. Reporting into our Cloud PC Manager, you'll work with the Autodesk Security Operations teams and help us implement security responses to threats, help implement monitoring tools to protect sensitive data and defend against cyber-attacks. You'll also assist us with maintaining security best practices and educating other team members. Additionally, you'll conduct comprehensive research on vulnerabilities to ensure a clear understanding of their potential impact on the CloudPC service. 

You'll also work with digital desktop customers to remediate security vulnerabilities on desktop OS instances. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct threat modelling reviews, penetration testing, architecture reviews, secure code reviews, and third-party risk assessments

• Provide weekly status reports and project documentation

• Implement vulnerability management on workstations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with company security standards

Minimum Qualifications

Job Background/context

Equity Swaps Middle Office sits within Citi Market Operations supporting the Delta One Business and is part of the overall Prime Finance Middle Office unit. Responsibilities include providing first class operational client support, trade & trade lifecycle event exception management and root cause analysis of exceptions to drive both platform and behavioral improvements. There will be increasing focus on providing innovative value add services to increase the client experience, whilst reducing Manual Touchpoints (MTP’s), driving operational efficiency and improving the overall settlement rate. The successful candidate will be developed into an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in their respective areas of focus.

• Follow defined processes, ensure the solutions will support integrated enterprise applications, infrastructure technology, and data.

• Provide timelines, benefit, and risk analysis to project partners for design solutions.

• Decompose complex problems into manageable components, offering succinct solutions for each. Streamline implementation efforts for efficiency.

• Engineer prototypes to validate performance capability and capacity projections.

• Verify component/system performance through vendor demonstrations, best practice resources, or through onsite pilot configuration and testing.

• Develop test plans and perform post-installation testing to verify performance. Identify, isolate, and rectify performance issues.

• Document designs, requirements, dashboard metrics, configuration items and related dependencies for systems, networks, monitors, storage and their integration relationships with applications and infrastructure.

• Develop appropriate technical diagramming and interconnectivity with interacting systems.

• Record changes, configurations, incidents, problems, and processes.

• Work with Product Owner and Product Manager/Team to understand and help refine functional requirements for new products or upgrades and have a clear understanding of what definition of "done" is.

• Engage with Product Support and customers to gather usage insights, enhance comprehension of customer concerns, and contribute to future product design.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experienced systems migration consultant 2yrs with both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (GSuite) environments

• 2+ years of experience as a SharePoint administrator

• Demonstrated experience with migration tools: ShareGate, BitTitan, Microsoft Migration Manager, and Exchange On-Premises remote Hybrid migration

• Experience migrating email, meeting, file storage, and voice systems

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems, SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and bulk change scripting

• Knowledge of SharePoint tools, including ULS Logs, workflows, and SharePoint forms

• Foster a collaborative and constructive atmosphere, exhibiting optimism in challenging situations

• Proficient in coordinating complex schedules and prioritizing tasks

• Understand networking to install multiple pieces of software independently

• Exchange/O365 migrations, mailbox creation/deletion, database migrations, general maintenance

• Migrate from on-prem resources to cloud services, management of cloud resources in AWS, Azure, or other like technologies

• Balances urgency with accuracy, ensuring efficient and accurate task completion

Wealth Risk Process and Technology Oversight Director

We are looking for an experienced, energetic leader who will be responsible for oversight of risk process execution/ technology initiatives for Wealth risk management. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Private Bank/Wealth Management, specifically across risk management/risk systems/operations, with respected subjected matter expertise (SME), great interpersonal skills and ability to provide credible challenge.

Team/Role Overview

USPB (US Personal Banking) Risk CAO (Credit risk Officer) organization provides a global focus for risk management strategy and execution oversight for compliance with Citi Policies and Regulatory requirements, and driving Strong Risk Management - for USPB Risk, Wealth Risk and Legacy Franchises/Banking & International Retail Risk Management. 

The Wealth Risk Process and Technology Oversight Director role is critical to wealth strong risk management and  reports to Managing Director of Risk Process Digitization and Technology Execution, in USPB Risk CAO organization. 

The Wealth business is anticipating unprecedented business growth on a global scale amongst ultra-high net worth clients in the next decade and plans to develop new products and services to clients. The role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated risk/tech leader to contribute to Wealth business’ progress to strong risk management. 

What you’ll do

• Serve as senior risk/tech expert and change leader to understand, guide and oversee process/tech centric initiatives in Wealth Path to Strong Plan
• Identify, manage and escalate dependences/issues stemming from wealth business being a “bank within a bank” – with multiple retail, wholesale, counterparty, fiduciary and investment products risk requirements, and complex client aggregation needs.
• Partner with first and second line SMEs for
  • timely resolution of issues adequacy of compensating controls and
  • well managed progress towards a clear & aligned tech program roadmap
• Ensure process design, technology/business architecture and execution change proposals are
  • appropriately vetted,
  • fit for purpose and
  • that risk requirements for managing the portfolio and attendant risks and controls are not compromised through the target state journey.
• Lead independent assessments and targeted deep dives of prioritized risk processes and systems to
  •  validate compliance to defined policies and requirements, and
  •  identify gaps/concerns that warrant further management attention
• Partner with USPB/Wealth Risk Data Oversight Director to review global data concerns and confirm materiality/impact to key wealth risk processes
• Work closely with Wealth Risk Reporting leads, Business/Technology Leads and USPB Risk CAO shared analytics teams to improve digitization, data quality, timeliness and coverage of key management reports. Manage a direct team of six and partner with larger shared services organization to deliver on responsibilities.
• Role also supports Wealth CRO and Wealth Risk Management with
  • risk staffing & Senior Credit Officer capacity assessments,
  • product program governance including coordination with Wealth-New Activities Committee.

Basic Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Security+ |CE certification.

Job Description:

This role will align within the Service, Markets, and Banking (SMB) Operations and Technology organizations.  The SMB Oversight, Analysis & Program Management team forms part of the SMB Operations organization, supporting multiple programs and projects that are executed on an annual basis driving Citi’s Mission to Be the Best for Our Clients.  SMB Cross Border Data Clearance rolls up into the SMB Oversight Analysis & Program Management function and oversees various controls governing data transfer across both the Operations and the Technology organizations.  This team ensures alignment with the necessary regulations governing confidentiality, protection, and transfer of data.  This role offers the opportunity to liaise with leaders across SMB Operations and Technology to lead risk management and controls implementation efforts, process improvements, and to contribute to organizational strategy.  The role requires experience in risk management or controls oversight, preferably within an operations organization.  Knowledge of industry-standards on data transfer principles and experience supporting a data transfer program are also preferred.  Because of the wide purview of the team, this position provides a platform for continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to management and other functions.

Qualifications:

Experience in Operational Risk or related functions is a must.  Other risk and control disciplines would be a plus.

Exposure in Internal Audit or Operational Risk Management (ORM) would be desirable.

• Assists and / oversees the application of operational risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create lasting solutions for minimizing losses from failed internal processes, inadequate controls, and emerging risks in relation to cross border data clearance.
• Assist and/or support Cross Border Clearance program activities, including but not limited to:

• Providing project oversight and business analyst support for SMB O&T Privacy Program initiatives; including monitoring and reporting on SMB O&T projects and related milestones; facilitating the recommendation of action plans.
• Providing transparent program status information to SMB Operations & Technology leadership, ensure appropriate escalation of risks and issues, and effective tracking of remediation efforts.
• Serving as a point of contact for cross border data clearance process-related matters
• Developing effective working relationships with SMB Controls leadership, Cross Border Data Clearance (CBDC) team, Privacy Office, O&T Independent Compliance and Risk Management, and key SMB Business points of contact.
• Creating and managing clearance requests to completion through CBAT application and partnering with CBDC and Business subject matter experts to meet established service level SLA’s.
• Leveraging reports, dashboards, and other information to effectively assist with the monitoring of cross border business related requests.
• Communicating metrics and measures for regular reporting on cross border initiatives to stakeholders.
• Reviewing data analysis to identify trends that may indicate noncompliance.
• Identifying process, tool, and reporting improvement opportunities and participating in implementation of enhancement initiatives/ad hoc projects.
• Escalating issues and concerns through appropriate channels.
• Performing data analysis to identify trends that may indicate noncompliance, driving risk reviews and compliance gap analysis and remediation efforts.
