Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire an experienced Workday Integration Developer II who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
As a Workday Integration Developer II you will:
• This position will develop, configure, and test technical integrations for the Workday Solution using Workday Studio Developer, Enterprise Interface Building (EIB), Workday Calculated Fields, Workday Custom Reports, and Web Services.
• Will perform requirements gathering, functional and technical design, development, testing, deployment, and operational support activities in support of the enterprise products used by the department.
• Attend client meetings and participate in stakeholder workshops to document requirements and review designs.
• Apply technical and functional knowledge to support the design, configuration, development, testing, and deployment/cutover phases to implement to production.
• Must have technical knowledge required to work with other integration teams, collaborating to develop integrations with third parties.
• Assist with application development related activities in support of the Senior Workday Integrations Architect.
• Independently run application development related activities.
• Responsible for triaging issue resolution, determining root cause, and implementing corrections.
• Responsible for ticket management, SLA analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Responsible for supporting Workday integrations testing.
• Will follow IT project management, resource allocation, and ticket handling processes.
Qualifications include:
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2 years relevant experience required
• Integrations experience with HCM, Supply Chain Management, Finance is required.
• Integrations experience with Learning, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting is preferred.
• Understanding of the technical components required to support business processes, including effort estimates and resource management experience.
• Integrations experience with Workday Studio Development is required.
• Knowledge of XML, XSLT, MVEL and or other markup, transformation, and expression languages.
• Programming experience in non-Workday systems is preferred.
• Strong customer service focus and responsiveness.
• Strong analytical skills, interpretive, and evaluative skills.
• Strong organizational skills across multiple threads of work streams.
• Outstanding documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
