About the role
Due to a sharp increase in new high-end Print Production products, we are looking to fill a Field Service Technician position to join our NSW Print Production team, providing outstanding service and support to our valuable customer base.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and support of Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software & services solutions.

As a member of the NSW Service Team, you will ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment. This role works within a team of dedicated technicians and reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager.

Previous experience in the Print Production industry is highly desirable and will be looked upon favourably, although not essential for the right candidate in a similar industry looking to start their career in a hands-on technical role with fantastic learning and development opportunities.

Summary

The Learning and Skills Contract and Assurance Officer is a support role with administrative, secretariat and data handling and analysis responsibilities. Overall the post contributes to support the contract and assurance team with their remit to monitor and validate provider performance, assure delivery of services within HMP & YOI Parc and manage the learning and skills contract.

Working alongside the Learning and Skills Contract and Assurance Manager, the Learning and Skills Contract and Assurance Officer will support the delivery of the contract management governance processes in relation to the learning and skills contract at HMP & YOI Parc. The post holder will also engage in assurance activity within HMP & YOI Parc which will relate to contracted delivery of the learning and skills contract.

It's no secret that Aegros is expanding rapidly! An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Manager to join our Therapeutics team. Reporting to the Head of Production, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling production to ensure Aegros’s products are produced efficiently, on time, within budget and to standard.

What you will be involved in………

 

• Implementing the goals, objectives, and strategy within the Aegros Production Department 
• Building and managing production team to maintain efficient and effective manufacturing process and practices that achieves Aegros customer service delivery goals 
• Defining key supervisory processes to ensure strict adherence to the Code of GMP and Aegros Corporate Standards and License conditions 
• Planning and managing production of Aegros products according to production schedules and approved specifications and production methods
• Managing production related non-conformances and deviation and their related corrective and preventive actions
• Creating and maintaining the manufacturing procedures and forms necessary for the manufacture, packaging, and quality control of the products 
• Ensuring efficient collaboration and co-ordination between different departments including supply chain, quality, and R&D 
• Managing Production related projects as allocated 
• Ensuring all Production Assets, including the facility and equipment are kept in an acceptable condition
• Managing the production team, including developing work balancing systems, hiring of new personnel, and performance management and disciplinary actions
• Ensuring all employees and visitors to site adhere to Aegros security and GMP requirements  

• Identifying development needs, reviewing, and facilitating training and support for team as required.

What we would expect from you:

• Tertiary qualification in Science, Engineering or related discipline
• 5-10 years’ experience in a GMP manufacturing environment (Sterile experience preferred) in the Pharmaceutical/Biotechnology or other related industries
• Working knowledge of Australian Code of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Applicable Standard Operating Procedures, Safety and Security procedures
• Team leadership experience
• Experience in implementing Lean ways of working
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments  
• Ability to work in fast paced environment 
• Open to working in Day or Night shifts.
