You Have:   

• 5+ years of experience working with Software Defined Radios (SDRs), Wireless Communications Product (WCPs), and Radio Frequency (RF) technologies
• 3+ years of experience as a Training Instructor of DoD military and civilian support personnel
• Experience using audio/visual (A/V) applications such as Adobe Express, Apple Keynote, or Articulate 300 to transform training materials into a format suitable for web-based training while ensuring compliance with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
• Experience evaluating student performance, maintaining accurate student records, identifying remedial procedures to retake training, completing all required administrative activities, soliciting feedback from course attendees, and reporting recommendations for course improvement
• Knowledge of waveform application software and associated waveform technologies including definition, design, development, testing, deployment, and acquisition regarding the Department of Defense (DoD)
• Ability to build and deliver course content from foundational information through advanced concepts, and identify and implement improvements to existing training materials
• Ability to conduct research and coordinate with tactical communications subject matter experts to ensure course content is relevant and consistent with the latest theory and practice, and collaborate with DoD training representatives concerning training policies and academic requirements
• Ability to provide support for briefs, program plans, presentations, documentation, and diagrams related to the program, operations, and management initiatives, and respond to data calls and requests

The Opportunity 

The Digital Media Business (DME) Communications team is a critical enabler of our business and product narrative and a key contributor to our corporate reputation. This global role is for a communicator who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Position Overview

Autodesk's Digital Media Center (DMC) is a center of excellence that supports and advises internal stakeholders with digital media best practices to improve business outcomes. The organization operates like an in-house media agency, consisting of digital media planners, optimizers, analysts, and execution experts across paid search, organic search, display advertising, social media, in-product marketing, web content and new platforms. As a digital center of excellence, the team ensures that best practices and innovation are implemented across all activities. This role could be based anywhere in the US near an Autodesk office.

You will manage a team of 20+ within DMC and must align closely with our media planners and SEO teams to support holistic paid media and owned media activities. The mission of the Paid Media team is to ensure stakeholder satisfaction by aligning to goals and activating and reporting on digital media performance. You will be presenting actionable insights with performance improvement recommendations, designing experimentation test plans for optimal conversion, and evolving our in-house media capabilities to stay ahead of modern marketing technologies and strategies.

You will lead the strategy around how DMC scales to support an increasing number of internal stakeholders and increasing budgets. You will ensure tracking and measurement, and that ROAS and ROMI are improved.

This is a hybrid position that will report to the VP, Demand Generation.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee all aspects of paid digital media execution and optimization, including managing the internal team, contractors and downstream agencies

• Manage large media partner relationships (I.e. Google, Facebook, LinkedIn)

• Track overall paid media success against KPIs and communicate results to broader team

• Review in-flight performance, ensuring teams are optimizing to targets and proposing changes based on performance

• Provide leadership in DMC, advocating for the most effective approaches to paid media activation

• Maintain alignment with marketing operations team (MOT) to ensure data accuracy and digital media optimization & performance is being evaluated properly

• Coordinate with stakeholders and DMC experts to ensure alignment on budgets, volume, quality and return goals

Minimum Qualifications

• 15+ years experience in paid media strategy and execution, in either an in-house or agency role

• Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent degree in marketing, communications or related field

• Experience managing large global teams of at least 25+

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing channels across SEM, social, display and programmatic platforms, video streaming, etc. designed for brand-to-demand efforts

• Experience with multi-touch attribution and media mix modeling

• Direct experience with the predominant ad platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Adwords, DV360, Demandbase, TradeDesk, YouTube, etc

• Experience with ad operations, media reporting and QA, including implementation of UTMs, ad serving and pixels

• An understanding of the evolving MarTech space in order to communicate and orchestrate complex campaigns across multiple channels

The applicable base salary range for this role is $225,000 to $240,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

The Opportunity

Adobe’s Digital Media organization is crafting an exciting new global segment that consists of some of our largest, fastest-growing customers, and we are offering an opportunity to be part of that founding leadership team that will lead ground-breaking customer engagements with Adobe’s industry-leading innovations in areas including Gen AI and creative efficiency.

We are looking to hire a Manager for Digital Media (DMe) Corporate Segment Sales, Americas. In this role as a first-line manager, you will manage a team of Account Managers who own Adobe’s DMe revenue for some of the fastest-growing customers. As we build and enable this new team, this sales leader will lead by example and should be able to empower, measure, monitor, and hold the team accountable for building customer engagement as well as quota attainment. This leader not only works with their team, but also with Reseller/Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Solution Consultants, and BDRs in opening doors and closing on new business – partnering on account calls, assisting in account health monitoring, and effectively maintaining strong account relationships while also reducing churn and growing new business. This leader is a mentor as well as a coach and is a true evangelist for the needs of the business.

What You'll do

• Help refine our sales motion, evolve our account expansion process, and drive your team towards consistent performance results.

• Build and implement strategic account plans: Develop and complete territory and account-level strategies. Lead the team’s ongoing sales pipeline, activity, forecasts to settle sales progress, and areas for refinement/improvement.

• Lead: Coach, mentor, guide, and drive development through skill mentoring and data analysis.

• Quick feedback: Collect market/customer information and provide feedback to our product organization.

• Team Selling: Joint selling with channel ecosystem and Product Specialists on large complex deals. Willing to travel as frequently as needed for marketing events and customer interaction.

• Identify and support opportunities for training, career diversification, and growth across the team.

What you need to succeed:

• 3+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise SaaS while leading teams of sales professionals through transformation sales motion.

• 5+ years in sales career with distinction and achievement.

• A proven record as a team leader selling a suite of products is a must-have along with a channel-assisted motion.

• Proven track record to consistently generate revenue, and exceed quota by managing processes for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business not limited to growing an existing install base, securing net-new logos.

• A passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.

• Showed ability to join and support AMs on calls while mentoring them on effective sales processes.

• A consistent record in implementing a repeatable sales process to help AM efficiency drive performance results.

• Experience leading renewals and sales motion.

• Ability to work cross-functionally to influence go-to-market strategy and product roadmap.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Revenue Operations, this director will own strategy and operations for our Global Growth org in the Digital Media B2B Field organization. You will partner with sales leadership to turn data into actionable insights and lead internal sales processes and operational activities to maximize the sales productivity. As a trusted senior advisor to sales leadership, you will cover core areas including reporting on sales performance and trends, supporting accurate forecasting and working cross-functionally across the organization on initiatives to increase sales efficiency and core efforts in territory, sales targets, and annual planning. This is a strategic role that operationalizes the business and go to market strategy of our Digital Media businesses.

This role sits in one of the fastest growing parts of the Adobe business, and we are excited about the impact from this new hire!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as the trusted advisor and thought partner to VP of Sales
• Provide analytical thought leadership, create meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop and allocate key performance metrics
• Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure and territory assignments.
• Lead analysis to understand business performance and KPIs
• Support goals setting, tracking, and performance measurement of the business
• Analyze and manage financial performance against annual plan
• Lead sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health

Minimum Requirements:

• 10+ years of proven experience managing a best-in-class, complex Sales Operations function supporting aggressive revenue growth. Capable of managing a team responsible for supporting $1B+ of revenue.
• Candidates must have a proven track record of success in providing strategic guidance and operational oversight in Sales Operations within a complex technology sales environment.
• A proven ability to develop tactical initiatives that improve sales productivity and performance. Background of introducing innovative performance metrics and improvement programs.
• Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
• Heavily results-oriented; strong track record in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in a subscription revenue environment.
