Communications Technology Analyst

Serve as a Communications Technology Analyst in support of the Marine Corps. As an Analyst and Communications SME, you will play a pivotal role for the U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) in conducting research and analysis and be responsible for collaborating across military, government and industry. Your expertise in communications capabilities, posture and operations, coupled with your ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, will be essential in gathering data and fostering cooperation to identify future challenges and opportunities, develop warfighting concepts and comprehensively explore options to inform the combat development process and meet the challenges of future operating environments.
You will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, contributing to the development of forward-thinking solutions that address complex challenges. This effort shall enhance the ability of the Marine Corps to identify, develop and deliver innovative capabilities for warfighter assessment and experimentation in support of the Marine Corps future force design and development activities.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with DoD organizations
Experience as a USMC Communications Senior Staff NCO, Officer or Chief Warrant Officer
Experience with USMC communications capabilities, posture, and operations
Knowledge of Force Design 2030 and current and emergent technologies being applied throughout the USMC
Ability to interface with key stakeholders on issues related to allies and partners, international engagements and strategic development, and contribute to effective collaboration and coordination
Ability to drive data collection and analysis
Ability to effectively interact across the civilian and military spectrum, from Action Officers to General and Flag Officers
Ability to work collaboratively within a team to develop comprehensive solutions that align with the organization's objectives
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge of DoD requirements and acquisition processes
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Completion of Level School PME course
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $81,800.00 to $186,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
