• You will plan, organize, and direct the activities of assigned Industrial Quality Department Branch to ensure that assigned personnel complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
• You will conduct quality audits and investigations, analyzing the results and developing recommendations for corrections and improvements.
• You will ensure that verification of essential quality requirements is accomplished, deficiencies are properly documented, and corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence.
• You will plan and schedule work in a manner that motes a smooth flow, even distribution and adjust short-term priorities to meet schedules.
• You will establish manpower requirements and negotiate with Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to ensure adequate Quality Assurance (QA) support.
• You will identify requirements and initiate requests for additional resources including personnel, overtime, equipment, supplies, and space to ensure success in meeting goals and objectives.
• You will evaluate performance of subordinates, give instructions, provide advice, and counsel to subordinates on performance, technical, and administrative matters.
• You will hear and resolve complaints at the lowest level, referring grievances and serious complaints not resolved to higher level supervision.
• You will provide continuing assistance to all areas to resolve product/process quality issues, to implement process improvements, and to identify and resolve safety related issues/violations.

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering(Civil) or equivalen.
• At least 2 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): Understand drawing, Quantity take off, Prepare BQ, Familiar with costing, Supplier sourcing, Contract administration.
• Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Engineering-Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Familar with structural steelworks.
• Other QS duties as assigned from time to time.
