What you will do 

Johnson Controls is a global leader in the design, manufacture, installation, and service of a comprehensive array of networked and integrated fire alarm and suppression, security, and communications systems. Our continued success and growth has produced a need for a SSE, Service Sales Executive. The primary function of this position is to promote and sell service agreements for commercial building systems products to include fire alarm, suppression, sprinkler, security, sound, communication and inspections. Determine customer needs and develop sales strategies to meet those objectives. Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives. Develop a positive ongoing relationship with customers. How you will do it 

• Establish contact with prospect and qualify potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling sales calls, following up of leads and utilizing outlined marketing strategies.

What Territory Management contributes to Cardinal Health

Territory Management is responsible for cold calling, prospecting and building relationships that will increase account penetration, revenue growth and customer satisfaction within a specified product line, business segment and/or geography. Call points for this role include, but not limited to; Post-Acute Centers, SNF's, Nursing Homes, Rehabilitation Centers, DME's, HME's & HIT's. Focus areas will include driving new business as well as increasing penetration in existing accounts to meet individual and organizational sales objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develops client pipelines and cultivates existing and new relationships with clients.

• Conducts data analytics and analyzes the market penetration on products both in new and existing clients. Responsible for identifying areas for development.

• Assists distribution order support and coordination as needed.

• Coordinates pre-call planning with sales support staff and delegates data collection to Operation Team members.

• Determines prices offered to the client based on client's Group Purchasing Agreements.
