Are you an experienced Marketing Manager with speciality in event management and digital marketing? If so, join the Elysium Marketing and Communications team as a Marketing Manager.
You will bring your excellent track record of planning, overseeing and delivering successful events to organise internal and external events and take responsibility for the managing of the events schedule.
You will also utilise your digital marketing skills to support the existing team working on our corporate website, external e-shots and digital content creation.
Bring your fresh ideas from a digital perspective, excellent communication and interpersonal skills and your ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across different departments and levels of seniority.
This full-time role can be home based with the expectation that you will travel to events and our offices in Borehamwood and Luton when required. The use of a car and a driving license is essential for this post.
As a Marketing Manager, you will be:
- Working alongside members of the senior management team and Executive Assistants to plan events from start to finish according to requirements, target audiences and objectives for annual conferences and internal events within Elysium Healthcare
- Working closely with the Partnership Development Team to identify and book exhibiting and sponsorship opportunities to raise our profile in relevant sectors
- Ensuring suitable promotional items for events are sourced and available for each event when required. Taking into consideration the need to offer sustainable promotional items wherever possible.
- Working within budget for each event
- Confidently liaising with suppliers to secure the best deal on venues etc. ensuring that space and services deliver high levels of customer service and offer value for money.
- Attending each internal event organised to ensure the smooth running of the day and be able to think quickly to resolve any problems that may occur.
- Building relationships with key stakeholders around the business to ensure you understand event requirements whilst also managing expectations.
- Working with the Partnership Development Team on external e-shot campaigns to advise best practice drawn from analytical evidence to ensure our messaging is consistent, clear and targeted at the right audience
- Working with the other Marketing Managers to use digital data to make informed suggestions around strategy and content placement and format to the Senior Marketing team
- Becoming one of the HubSpot Super Users in the team, ensuring the marketing and wider PDM teams understand how to use the CRM and Marketing system effectively. Sharing knowledge and troubleshooting HubSpot related queries as required
- Making amendments to the Elysium Healthcare website, ensuring any updates or requests are carried out promptly with our digital partner
- Working with our digital partners and other Marketing Managers to improve on-page and off-page SEO elements of our website and to improve user experience and conversion rates
- Having the ability to create engaging digital content using a blend of written communication, photography, video and animation to deliver our messages to targeted audiences, to be used over multi digital channels
- Regularly reviewing competitor digital activity to make recommendations and ensure Elysium are ahead of the game
- Working alongside our social media content creator in curating suitable posts to be scheduled across all our social media platforms
- Supporting the senior members of the Marketing & Communications team with key projects as directed, including Communications Director and Head of Marketing & Communications
- Ensuring brand and language guidelines are adhered to at all times
- Contributing to the collation of team monthly report on key digital areas
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in the Healthcare or Education sector an advantage
- You will have excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks
- You will have a keen eye for detail
- You will be an experienced user of PowerPoint, word, and excel
- Skills in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage
- Must be able to drive and have access to a car to enable travel to events or sites as requested
