Responsibilities:

A. Market & Secure New Sales

• Approach new prospects by phone calls and emails.
• Schedule and conduct appointments & presentation to clients by preparing proposals /quotations.
• Co-ordinate with the marketing clerk in the preparation of sales kit.
• Negotiate on costing / quotation with Head of Department (if below minimum rental rates).

B. Servicing Existing / Secure Clients

• Service clients on queries, complaints, breakdowns.

• Prepare formal / informal letters to reply clients queries / complaints.

• Process incoming orders for customized furniture projects accurately and efficiently.
• Review order details, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure clarity and accuracy.
