Sales & Marketing
The Education Travel and Logistics Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the travel needs for our internal teammates to attend in-person company training. This person will schedule hotel, flight, and car rental reservations, ensuring that travel needs are met within the constraints of the company travel guidelines and budget.
- Receives and fulfills travel requests from internal Division Education Teammates for Customer Service and Vehicle Service Teammates nationwide to attend in-person training. Reservations include hotel, rental car, and airfare.
- Obtains approval from Leadership for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits
- Completes travel reservations using the online system and designated process, and ensures itineraries are communicated to the traveling store teammate, Store Manager, and Division Education Teammates
- Performs modifications to reservations upon request, including additions and cancellation
- Manages the hotel reservation process by ensuring credit card authorizations are completed for each group booking
- Assists with weekly car rental expense reconciliation
- Review receipts for unauthorized charges or violations
- Perform monthly tracking for any rental car travel violations and perform journal entries/chargebacks as required
- When requested, help with gathering hotel and airfare receipts
- Answers inquiries from field staff and directs requests to the most appropriate individuals
- Provides administrative support to the team by handling a variety of tasks to assist in special projects
- Assumes other duties as assigned
