1. Project implementation to launch LCC services in defined countries
   1. Collect requirement from the customers and work with operations team and Logistics service provider (LSP) to design end to end LCC process
   2. LSP on-boarding, i.e., to provide training of LCC processes to LSPs and make sure implementation is on good track
   3. Go-live LCC in the countries and hyper care whether LSPs and customers are strictly following the processes and do change management whenever necessary
2. Point of escalation from operations team for all logistics cost clearance (LCC) topics
   1. Handle exceptions during LCC process, i.e., LSP late billing, wrong billing
   2. Work with LSP manager and PUI to validate any “tricky” cost, i.e., ad hoc quotation, demurrage cost, overtime, etc
   3. Work with PUI to complete rate card in case of new lanes, new requirements from customers, etc., so that operations team can do the billing verification
3. LSP billing performance management
   1. Measure LSP billing performance monthly, i.e., accuracy, timeliness, etc
   2. Work with LSP to improve the billing performance, with the support from LSP managers from all service lines, i.e., warehouse, transportation, etc
   3. Support LSP strategy related projects in the region with data and facts from LCC team  
4. Data analysis to provide business insight to both internal team and customers
   1. Analyze logistics cost data to identify problematic areas and coordinate with other stakeholders for improvement, for example, accrual accuracy, etc
   2. Collaborate with customers and PUI mainly to do logistics cost forecasting
   3. Monitor actual cost and find root causes of deviations against forecasted cost to provide business insight to customers
5. Key account for defined countries
   1. One contact window for all LCC topics for customers in the defined countries, for example, any inquires or reports, escalations from customers, etc
   2. Report LCC KPI to customers monthly
   3. Understand customer requirements to represent customers whenever it comes to customer collaboration topics in LCC team
   4. Participate in all logistics tenders in the defined countries to present LCC requirement to the LSPs and tender project team
6. Back up operations team to ensure operations run smoothly whenever necessary
   1. Monitoring and validating the freight cost invoices issued by logistics service providers, i.e., do factual check and price check of LSP billing
   2. Detective control to make sure billing verification is done in a compliant way according to company policies
   3. Monitor the end-to-end process from accrual till cost booked to SAP to make sure everything is on time and accurately by working cross-functionally with financing and accounting team

Candidate is required to do the LCC operation job in parallel to carry out the roles above.

Monitor Sales and Order Operation

• Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
• Develop service procedures, policies and standards
• Set a clear mission for Purchase Order movement and deploy strategies focused towards that mission

SELF-EMPLOYED VEHICLE COLLECTION AND DELIVERY DRIVER / TRADE PLATE DRIVER PART/FULL TIME

Here at BCA Logistics, we touch over a million vehicles a year, working with manufacturers, fleet operators and dealers to provide the backbone of the UK's automotive supply chain.

Due to our ever-increasing volumes, we are looking to engage additional Self-Employed Driver contractors throughout the UK who can help us deliver that service.

What do I need? - No experience is needed as a full 2-day technical service familiarisation seminar available, at a site local to you. You do not need your own vehicle and there is no initial outlay of any cost. We do however require the following (essential):

• Held a full UK Manual Driver Licence for at least 2 years (registered to your current home address).
• No more than 9 points on your licence (and no serious motoring offences).
• Aged 21 or over (for insurance purposes).
• Are punctual and reliable with a polite and professional demeanour.
• Excellent customer service skills.

What will I be doing? - You will be collecting a variety of different vehicles from clients, checking they are safe for you to drive and delivering these to the required destination. On some occasions you may carry out an inspection on the vehicles.

The role will provide remote planning and logistics management service to Bosch internal customers located in Japan and pioneer the process excellence across the APAC region. The working location will be in District 1, HCMC, with flexible working policy.

Depending on customers’ requests and requirements from management, the role might include some (but not all) of the responsibilities below:

• Material planning, passthrough planning and delivery management: Monitor and control shipments, order fulfillment and inventory of material to meet customers’ demand within the given KPIs (e.g., inventory)
• System maintenance and execution: Input and maintain master/transactional data on SAP and other planning/logistics management systems (e.g., SAP, planning cockpit)
• Communication: Emails and online meetings with internal customers in Japan, as well as internal/external suppliers and stakeholders around the globe

1. Freight cost clearance operation

• Verify logistics invoice content from factual or from price verification perspective.
• Work in line with approved documentations to ensure that there is no unjustified transport cost approved for payment.
• Create and update plant specific documents to be used for invoice verification process.
• Use different systems which support Logistics cost clearance (LCC) processes and develop overall LCC knowledge that enables him/her to indicate process improvement opportunities.
• Responsible for operative issue resolution and correspondence with stakeholders and logistics service providers.
• Works cross-functionally with plants, entities, purchasing, logistics, finance, and accounting team internally as well as logistics service providers.
• Be a contact window for all topics related to logistics cost.

1. Project implementation support

• Join in project team to implement Logistics cost clearance (LCC) project to new customers.
• Prepare master data and play as a key user for testing new setup in systems.
• Provide training and follow up LSP’s performance to make sure they follow aligned process.

1. Process improvement

• Ensure billing & operating process compliant with central detective and guidelines from management team.
• Be entrepreneurial and creative in building the best-tailored solution to meet the requests from customers, Management, and pain points from daily work.

• Prepared KPI tree and report to customers.

• Use multiple systems and tools to support freight cost verification and audit (e.g. Cargo2.5, AEB and Excel)

• Negotiate with logistics service providers in case of unforeseen charges (eg: Red Sea, Covid adder) and support in transport tender project

• Verify purchase orders and other related papers with signatures/stamps and file to folders.
