In this role, the successful candidate will act as first point of contact on the School of Engineering’s Teaching Office reception desk providing comprehensive administrative support to the school’s academic and administrative staff as well as to undergraduate and postgraduate Engineering students. The postholder will be responsible for maintaining key systems within the School of Engineering Teaching Office related to teaching and quality assurance.

Are you interested in an administrative career within an Education environment? There are a number of full-time and part-time positions in schools and Early Years establishments. These posts are a combination of term-time (41 week and 39 week contracts) and 52 week contracts. You will be responsible for the effective delivery of clerical tasks and administration processes to support the efficient operation of the school. Your line manager will be the Head Teacher. You will be supported by the Administration and Business Support Team for all administration and digital developments.
