JOB PURPOSE
We have a fantastic opportunity to join MSC Cruises as a CRM Specialist to be responsible for leads management strategies and segmentation to enhance customer engagement & repeat rates, generate leads and drive business growth. You will closely collaborate with the corporate and local Marketing & Contact Centre teams on the planning and execution of the direct marketing & outbound campaigns with the main focus initially being for the UK & Ireland market but will also include other markets including Scandinavia & Australia.

This is an office based position 5 days a week.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Direct Marketing Campaigns:

• Data management – segmenting audiences so marketing can create targeted campaigns

• Optimize automation & nurturing campaigns

• Work with the local marketing teams to plan strategic and tactical email campaigns including newsletters and loyalty club and nurturing campaigns to increase engagement.

• Plan and brief What’s App and SMS campaigns

• Brief the markets on content/offers required for the campaigns; tailored to segmented audiences.

• Analyze campaign performance and generate detailed reports on effectiveness & ROI.

• Use reporting & AB testing to refine future lead generation tactics.

• Manage e-coupon campaigns and ensure timely execution and follow-up.

• Identify gaps and optimize touchpoints to ensure lead data is clean.



Leads Management:

• Design and implement plan for lead activation and nurturing.

• Monitor leads acquisition processes and optimize strategies for maximum performance.

• Conduct detailed analysis and forecasting of leads performance.

• Ensure high data quality and integrity across all marketing platforms and databases.

• Work closely with Contact Centre team to maximize all opportunities.

• Brief the contact centre and set up any promotions to help convert sales.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Any additional language is an advantage.

• Degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.

• 5 years experience in Direct Marketing / CRM / Database Management.

• Proficiency in CRM software. (Marketo/Adobe Journey Optimiser/Sales Force/ Qlicksense )

• Experience in the travel industry is a strong advantage, especially in a sales/marketing environment.

• Track record of successful email campaigns and CRM management.

•Effective prioritisation and time management skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and communicate with different departments.

• Strong analytical mindset and skills with performance analytic tools.

• Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills.

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Marketing & PR Professional to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to lead the delivery and executions of omni-channel marketing & PR activities in the UK and Ireland, based in our offices in Woking.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Marketing:

• Lead the delivery, adaptations and amplification of corporate marketing campaigns

• Manage the annual media plan for UK&I

• Coordinate the adaptation and delivery of key B2C and B2B2C assets across the region

• Be the local guardian of the brand equity and ensure perfect brand executions across all channels

• Be the point of reference for the global marketing team and proactively provide feedback to ensure future materials are fit for purpose in UK&I

• Ensure gathering of consumer insights, benchmark analysis and trends to be shared with global marketing team on regular base

• Own the Marketing & Communications budget, including agency/vendor management

PR:

• Responsible for developing the annual communications strategy and execution, with a special focus on increasing end consumer awareness.

• Organize key industry or brand events (virtual and/or live) within the local market

• Help identify, select and manage the relevant agency partners

• Identify and negotiate contracts with local brand ambassadors in line with the global team

• Hold key relationships to trade and lifestyle media in the local market

• Propose local partnership ideas to drive brand awareness and value

• Work on local adaptation of PR & Communications Tool Kits incl. all materials within given deadlines (press releases, press kits, quotes, talking points, presentation, scripts and picture/video materials) and prepare & create PR tool kits for local activations/projects

• Manage the media reporting for Explora Journeys and competitor brands



QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
profile:

• You will have minimum of 8/ 10 years’ experience in a similar Marketing/Brand/PR Role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry

• Have the knowledge of the codes of luxury and bring an extensive media network within the luxury and preferably the travel industry (as well as previous media training)

• You will have a proven track record of organizing luxury events

• You would have experience with the execution and amplification of omni channels marketing & PR campaigns

• You know the role of paid media, KPIs associated 6.You set yourself apart through your personal accountability to deliver with excellence

• It is essential that you are structured, well organized and know how to navigate in a matrix organisation

• Openness to travel up to 20% of the time mostly nationally occasionally internationally.

A Marketing Executive will work with the Commercial Director to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan to increase hotel brand awareness.

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Executive you will work with the Commercial Director to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan for the opening of the new Hilton Woking and to create hotel brand awareness. Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Support on planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Support with designing creative materials for Internal & External Communications
• Supporting on social media strategy creation and execution and social campaigns
• Owning and managing social calendar and any paid campaigns
• Project management support, including creation and monitoring of project plans, preparation of presentation decks and other necessary documents as required
• Work with PR and Design agencies in generating new ideas
• General admin assistance in support of key team projects and initiatives
• Responsible for ensuring brand.com conference and events pages are kept up to date along with third party sites
• Copywriting and reporting

What are we looking for?

Your role at Superdrug as one of our Sales Advisers will be all about serving customers where you will deliver excellent service and make sure customers don’t miss out on any of our great Star Buys. To support your development, you’ll also can be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our fast-growing piercing business in store.

Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager – Woking

(New Victoria Theatre, Rhoda McGaw Theatre and Nova Cinema)

Our wonderful New Victoria Theatre, Rhoda McGaw Theatre and Nova Cinema is looking for a new Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager to join our dynamic team.

ATG’s theatres and cinema complex in Woking, comprises the New Victoria Theatre (1300 seats), Rhoda McGaw Theatre (228 Seats), and the 7-screen Nova Cinema. This is an exciting time to be joining the complex, with the Nova having recently relaunched following a multi-million-pound refurbishment, making it one of the most state-of-the-art cinemas in the country.

The Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager will assist the Ticketing and Sales Manager in the key responsibility of revenue management and net box office generation, through optimising sales and frequently undertaking revenue management, maximising occupancy and average ticket prices of all shows. You’ll be responsible for the Customer Service Hosts (Ticketing) and also work closely with all other departments, most frequently Customer Experience and Marketing.

The Deputy Ticketing and Sales Manager must show – and actively encourage – a proactive approach to sell theatre tickets, memberships, packages, lounges, pizzeria tables and ancillary products, and to give the right information at any point of the customer buying a ticket (before, during and after the show). The Deputy will be responsible for ensuring that specific ticketing processes are adhered to so that budgetary targets are met and will need to deputise for the Ticketing and Sales Manager as and when needed. The candidate will need to embrace change and enable the Venue’s Ticketing and Sales team to do the same. They must have excellent technological skills as the role is almost entirely computer based.

The role is an on-site position that requires the successful candidate to be present at the theatre complex during the working day, although working hours can be flexible.

Outline of the role

The Retail Apprenticeship will involve working in our store as a full -time team member, helping with every aspect of creating a great customer experience and learning about how a retailer operates their business. It is a great experience working in a fast-paced and fun environment that will prepare you for even bigger challenges. Duties will include:

Your training will take place in store over the 1st 12 months so, no college days and no homework! At the end of your training period you will complete a discussion around your experiences, a multiple -choice test and an observation within your role. You will be supported throughout by your team and your assessor to achieve your Retailer Level 2 Apprenticeship

· You are eligible to work in the UK

· You are brand new to retail
