JOB PURPOSE
The Architecture & Design department is responsible for the interior and exterior design development of vessels within the MSC Cruises New Building Programme, working in partnership with technical, marine, and naval architecture teams. Reporting to the Director, the Architect Manager is responsible for leading the interior and exterior design development of all vessels aligned to a single brand; MSC Cruises. The role will ensure that all guest (and crew) areas of vessels within the brand will be designed, developed, and outfitted in accordance with product and brand requirements whilst balancing schedules, quality, and cost. You will be required to follow the project from concept stage through to final delivery. The role will require frequent visits to vessels in operation, shipyards, and the premises of subcontractors to carry out supporting works as necessary.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manages the drawing approval and shipyard deliverables following owner approval of the concept.

• Manages external architects / consultants and interactions with the relevant shipyards (the builder).

• Acts as escalation point for architectural development risks and issues through the project lifecycle.

• Leads the architectural and interior/exterior design value engineering process within projects, liaising with all stakeholders as required to ensure maximum value is obtained without compromising the architectural intent.

• Owns the development and management of Owners Supply Budgets relating to architectural components of new building projects including Furniture, Artwork, Planting, Decoration.

• Works with Project & Site Teams to carry out final inspection and approval of indoor and outdoor public areas and cabins / suites as part of ship delivery activities.

• Validates that the final product meets the original design and intent.

• Ensures adoption of standard business processes related to project management, commercial management, risk and issue management, document, and data management.

• Coaches and mentor’s junior staff.

• Supports the Director in Pre-Contract / R&D Activities as required and board presentations.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture / interior design with focus on Ship / Yacht design preferred.

• Minimum 6-year experience working in architectural development.

• Demonstrable strong 2D and 3D drafting skills using AutoCAD / MicroStation / Rhino / Sketchup or similar.

As UK Financial Controller, you will play a key role in supporting the expanding activities of the Finance Department of MSC Cruises.

With a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset, the UK Financial Controller position covers a broad remit across controlling, budgeting / forecasting and business analysis activities of both office operations and ship insurance. This role benefits from close collaboration and positive stakeholder relationships with the other members of the Finance Department in the UK, as well as working closely with colleagues based in our European offices in Switzerland, Italy (Sorrento, Naples, Genoa), Malta and elsewhere.

As UK Financial Controller, you will have the opportunity to participate in major systems upgrades, including an upcoming new ERP implementation.

• Supports in controlling activities focusing on UK departments expenses (Facilities, Travel & Expenses, Personnel, Legal, Overheads) and insurance, working closely with the local teams and MSC Cruises SA Group Controlling team in Geneva.

MSC is expanding their fleet, with new ships coming into service over the next few years. With this expansion, the number of Reportable Security Incidents will inevitably rise. The Fleet Security Investigator will provide support to the Head of Security Investigaton to oversee and provide quality assurance to the security investigation, this will include root cause analysis and training. The Fleet Security Investigator will sit within the Security Department, MSCCM Stockley Park Uxbridge, reporting to the Head of Security Investigations/Fleet Safeguarding Officer. • Utilizes the Security Incident Reporting Platform (SIRP) and supports shipboard investigations to ensure the accurate, timely reporting and recording of crimes and security incidents across the fleet. This may involve some assistance outside of office hours.

We are looking for an R&D Technical Engineer to support the New Building Technical Director in the technology development efforts for the research and development of MSC Cruise’s various maritime technology projects.

This opportunity will allow you to be a recognized expert within the marine engineering discipline for development of the new solutions. Providing developments within the marine engineering discipline areas and providing solutions on how these should be implemented on board MSC Cruise Vessels. You will also be aware of the development of new technology to apply to new project and retrofit.

• Perform market research to determine what types of products might be technically successful, research product ideas to determine their viability, and research how existing products on the market are performing.

• Assist the Research & Development area of expertise in meetings and visits with stakeholders.

JOB PURPOSE
As Customer Service Executive you will enjoy investigating and resolving assigned cases in line with company policy and ABTA guidelines. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Resolves all guest complaints (cases) such as lost property, account errors, damaged or lost luggage, illness or general experience during their cruise

•Interacts with guests via telephone and email providing information in answer to complaints regarding all aspects of their cruise once they have returned home

•Coordinates with other departments to ensure effective resolution of the complaint case you have been assigned

•Provides detailed written responses to all guest complaints within ABTA guidelines

•Responds and investigates any ABTA complaint through their portal

•Issues refunds or compensation to guests as approved

•Keeps accurate records of discussions or correspondence with guests

•Supports the Senior Customer Service Executive in producing all defences for arbitrations and conciliation

•Maintains records in timely and accurate manner

•Supports the Legal Department and solicitors with invoicing and payments

•Communicates solutions, successes and opportunities to the Customer Service Manager

JOB PURPOSE
Reporting into our Vice President of Environmental Operations & Compliance, the Head of Environmental Systems Training & Audit manages all compliance training and audit environmental activities of the fleet - ensuring operational excellence and adherence to all applicable environmental rules and regulations and Company Policy.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manages the Fleet Environmental Supervisors program, including scheduling, budgeting and reporting to achieve desirable outcomes.

• Collaborates with the new building and R&D teams to evaluate new technologies related with the vessel's environmental footprint and output, resulting in an enhancement to the environmental management plan.

• Manages the Company’s ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 21070:2017 programs and supports ISO 22000 by reference to the standard sections that include environmental program processes.

• Planning and management of internal environmental audits, ensuring the full compliance with all applicable regulations and Company policies.

• Ensures proper implementation and execution of environmental procedures, manuals, record books, and other applicable environmental documentation.

• Oversees the environmental training program for Environmental Compliance Officers and senior management. Coordinates closely with the Head of safety, D&E training and MSC Academy for the scheduling and curriculum of training activities.

• Identifies, establishes, implements, and meets targets set for significant environmental aspects within the organization as well as conducts annual reviews which are recorded and communicated properly.

• Develops reports on findings, identifies safeguards and establishes metrics to demonstrated program effectiveness.

• Participates in all Environmental Department projects and collaborative projects involving other MSC Cruises departments.

• Coordinates with the Environmental Operations Managers to ensure that present and future environmental legislation is assessed and applied appropriately throughout the fleet as needed.

• Coordinates and supervises the Ocean Cay Environmental & Social Management system, ensuring proper application of the program. Coordinates and administers the ISO 14001:2015 island program and ensures timely submission of the Monitoring Reports to cognizant organizations. Communicate with Ocean Cay's EHS Officer to ensure that internal and external audits are properly organized.

• Coordinates with Ocean Cay's EHS Officer for island training programs.

• Administration of the Environmental portfolio standard operating procedures section 10.

QUALIFICATIONS (skills, competencies, experience)
• Experience onboard cruise ships as either Environmental Officer, Deck Officer, or Engineer Officer preferred.

• Experience working in a land-based capacity within the Cruise Environmental sector is preferred

• Environmental science university studies are desirable.

• Fluent in oral and written English. Knowledge of Italian or other European languages is an advantage.

• Post-graduate specific studies in environmental is preferred

• Ability to use Microsoft Office and other company specific operating platforms and databases.

• Proven ability to lead, and contribute to a harmonious and productive team environment.

• Ability to understand and interpret various complex regulations and environmental matters.

• Ability to understand and interpret various financial matters affecting the Department
