An exciting opportunity has arisen for a registered professional with an interest in infection prevention to join our existing infection prevention and control team.

We are a small, supportive and friendly specialist team, who provide infection prevention and control support and advice for a wide range of community-based services. The role will involve supporting the infection prevention & control team in the delivery of the Infection Prevention and Control Strategy and Quality Improvement Plan and includes; surveillance and investigation of health care associated infections, educating and training staff in infection prevention and control evidence based practices, auditing, implementing innovative and imaginative campaigns and interventions and specific infection prevention and control projects. The role will require the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Within the focus of Infection Prevention and Control the post holder will:

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and act as a source of advice to patients, carers, GPs and other
healthcare professionals.

• Work in partnership with team members to improve the quality of infection prevention and control
management across the services provided by City Health Care Partnership CIC by means of
implementation and evaluation of the service.

A unique and exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and pro-active Consultant Anaesthetist to join the team at Winfield Hospital, based in Gloucester. The successful candidate would be expected to work closely with the existing team to provide a comprehensive Anaesthetic service. This will involve inpatient and day case acute surgery. The position is for 40 hours a week, including time for CPD. Part time position would also be considered. The Regional Lens Account Manager will effectively increase and develop the sales of lens products within the given geographical territory, across the Independent and Lab Channels.

Regional Lens Account Manager - Role

• Achieve agreed sales targets for value within specified area
• Educate and train all levels of customers' employees within account base on features and benefits of all listed products, generic technical and optical knowledge, and generic sales skills and techniques to improve product mix and overall sales within account base.
• Through the use of persuasion and compelling arguments increase sales versus the competition throughout account base
• Provide excellent customer service to the account base through regular calls, follow up and ongoing contact to meet customer requirements
• Operate within agreed cost budgets for entertainment and expenses through planning the most economical coverage of the territory
• Execute joint marketing/local promotions that have been formally agreed to drive sales
