Description

We are looking for Finance Associates who will assist in managing daily accounting tasks, including managing journal entries, account reconciliations, and data administration in the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the finance team in various tasks such as journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends and provide recommendations for business improvement.
• Assist with financial audits and compliance requirements.
• Help with the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Assist with tax compliance and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with a strong preference for those coming from investment or crypto companies.

• Manage and provide technical support and advise to Junior accountants.

·        Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.

·        Responsible for Actual Financial reporting package submission to Regional and Group

·        Preparation of Monthly Consolidated P&L and Balance Sheet

·        Perform Balance Sheet details review with all the team and related parties

·        Review monthly counter-party aging balance (Trade Payable, Trade Receivable, Other Payable/Receivable, Prepayments/Advances receipt) by monthly basis.

·        Liaise with Regional and Group Internal Audit

·        Act as team leader to external auditor and provide all required information

·        Work with direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff

·        Partner and work with managers across business disciplines to achieve corporate financial goals and objectives

- Maintain financial reports, and general ledger accounts.

- Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions.

- Manage the implementation of monthly Stock Opname (raw material, asset) in Head Office, Central Kitchen (Production) and All Outlet Remboelan.

- Monitor and review the inventory related movement.

- Organize and update financial documentation.

Qualification:

● Basic understanding of accounting principles

● Proficiency in Google Ecosystem (Gslides, Gsheets, Gdocs)

● Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

● Good communication and teamwork skills

● Attended SIA (Sistem Informasi Akuntasi) & SIM (Sistem Informasi Management)

Project accounting will be focused on handling the cost, expenses, maintaining outstanding account receivables (AR), and cash flow related to the project. This role requires specialized accounting abilities to accurately analyze and report a project's finances. 

Job Responsibilities

• Check PO payment request and its supporting document related to project and input as account payables.
• Maintaining outstanding account receivables and account payables related to the project
• Check and input the journal production report to the accounting system.
• Input accrued RAB in accounting system 
• Update accrued RAB in WP accrued expenses 
• Prepare monthly project report
• With production, warehouse, and other related departments, complete the monthly inventory report and do stock name.

• Construction Experience 2 years is required. Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering is preferred
• Proficient in CAD software, including AutoCAD, Revit, or equivalent
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering design principles
• Excellent knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
• Ability to multitask and manage several projects at a time
• Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• Time management skills to complete error-free work within the required timeframe

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Preferably having experienced in accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
