What you'll do...

As a Partner Manager of Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal, you will report to the Entertainment, Toys and Seasonal Team Lead and use your 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across entertainment and electronics categories.  Ideal candidates will have the ability to drive marketing strategy coupled with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and execute the tactics. Success in this position requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results. 

Responsibilities: 

• Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals 
• Ability to manage a high volume of accounts 
• Accurately and effectively manage sales pipeline to prioritize business opportunities and resources 
• Develop and broaden high-level collaborative relationships, understand, and identify contacts that manage multiple budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.) 
• Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment influencing both executive and day-to-day contacts
• Implement a strategy for always-on revenue so that the team begins the perpetual revenue stream of the organization 
• Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect’s solutions 
• Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success leveraging Walmart Connect’s ongoing product and technology developments
• Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect marketing solutions 
• Create and present needs-based solutions and high-quality objective based opportunities to RFPs 

Qualifications: 

• 7+ years experience in digital sales, search/sponsored products, DR, performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background 
• Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful internal and external relationship management 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through 
• Proven track record of successfully reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals through consultative sell 
• Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers 
• Strong analytical and Excel skills are essential, as well as curiosity, persistence, and the ability to solve problems in a structured manner 
• Strong ability to apply operational rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions 
• Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment strongly preferred

What You Will Do:

• Lead design strategy and visual concepts for a variety of needs, assessing whether internal or external creative resources are best suited for each project. This includes partnering with marketing managers to ensure timelines and deadlines are met.

• Collaborate closely with the Brand strategy partners to create frameworks for design, rooted in brand architecture, to allow for a consistent brand experience for our clients.

• Brand Stewardship & Management: You’ll provide strategic design expertise and guidance to ongoing global cross-functional partners regarding the visual brand system and architecture. Balancing the nuanced needs of visual system integrity with supporting various of business needs and stakeholders

• Maintain consistency and ensure production quality by creating templates, guidelines, and additional support materials.

• Provide clear and concise strategic design feedback internally and externally on both projects leading as well as design guidance on shared internal initiatives with the broader design team

• Expertise in Brand Architecture and how it relates visually to various departments.

What You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university plus 6+ years of professional experience OR 10+ years of professional experience in lieu of degree.

• Experience with complex global design systems and their workstreams, including multiple physical and digital media, light to heavyweight executions, local cultural environments, and partnerships with agency partners.

• Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Working knowledge of After Effects is a plus.

• Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint to create/update presentations.

• Knowledge of Marketing campaign, production, and conception workflows across print, digital, and physical activations from conception through final asset or toolkit execution.

• Ability to work independently to see projects through, managing and aiding designers and creative partners, pulling in the right stakeholders during socialization, while managing stress and adversity in a positive, constructive manner.

• Ability to manage the bandwidth of internal and external partners, assigning projects based on bandwidth, and always ensuring deadlines are met.

• Easily builds rapport with business leaders around the company to earn trust and ensure optimal outcomes and partnerships with the brand design team.

DSST Public Schools is looking for a Creative Content Manager to drive online marketing and communications efforts for the network, with a strong emphasis on building the capacity of our schools to effectively communicate and engage with their stakeholders. They will review digital opportunities, aid the marketing team and schools, oversee the annual social media marketing plan and schedule, create social media posts, and coordinate the update of digital assets for DSST Home Office and Schools. The Coordinator will be responsible for tracking and monitoring current social media trends and constantly looking for new opportunities in digital marketing that can help elevate DSST’s brand and drive more engagement with our communities. This unique opportunity will provide exposure to a diverse set of responsibilities and teams as part of a fast-moving organization focused on ending educational inequity in Denver and Aurora.

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation

• Create strong branded content on social media and our website using strong writing, design and management of systems.

• Serve as a key member of the DSST Marketing and Communications Team by working collaboratively to build efficient systems and take creative ideas from concept to final product.

• Assist in the creation and oversight of branded assets and communications.

• Contribute to a team approach by accomplishing other duties as assigned (may include development, education, training, etc.).

• Manage social media calendar as well as content and publish, monitor engagement, and report monthly digital platform performance

• Capture photo and video content at schools and events to create additional digital content and branding.

• Stay up-to-date on research, trends, and best practices related to the digital marketing, communications, and nonprofit landscape

• Produce original content including blog posts, photos and videos that tell the DSST story in a captivating and interesting way

Campaign Management

• Support in producing digital communications and marketing pieces, including, emails, website copy, and blogs for print and digital. 

• Support DSST’s digital marketing and communication in alignment with managing our marketing tools including social media, communication apps, ReachWell, and DSST’s website.

• Create promotional materials relating to school and campaign events.

• Lead content brainstorming, creation, and feedback gathering with the following Home Office teams: DEI, Advocacy, Family & Community Engagement, Alumni, and more

• Effectively manage multiple projects in an efficient and systematic way

School Collaboration

• Monitor DSST school communications to stay informed about school events and updates; report relevant information back to the broader team.

• Support DSST schools through a strong partnership with the Community Engagement and Recruitment Manager in storytelling through newsletter, social media, ReachWell, and other communications best practices and resources. 

• Assess and evaluate the efficacy of all DSST events and share findings so as to improve future event advertisement, media, and social media outreach.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree plus 2+ years of digital or interactive marketing experience required

• Has an understanding of digital advertising and social media (direct, social, search, etc.) and media industry trends, developments, and technologies; then uses this knowledge to present business building strategies

Responsibilities: Business Architecture Managers reimagine forecasting, planning, and business performance management processes within our Go-to-Market Finance organization to focus on the most important insights, simplify workflows, and take advantage of the latest technologies.

They then deliver high-quality data products to enable these reimagined processes, both by building data tools directly and by influencing corporate data engineering teams to build the right infrastructure.

This role focuses on token consumption analytics in support of our enterprise finance organization. Most of Autodesk’s largest and most important customers buy tokens and use them to access our products via a consumption-based model. Understanding how our best customers are using their tokens is essential for growing our business with them and for informing our overall strategy.

This role will also likely support other GTM finance teams and topics. We are a small team working to transform how finance data is used across Autodesk, so flexibility and adaptability are essential. We must coordinate our efforts both within our team and across the teams that support us, take on different projects as business needs change, and constantly manage scope vs. time tradeoffs to ensure we are delivering the most impactful results.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with GTM finance teams to understand their planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management needs

• Reimagining processes, data structures, and dashboards for simplicity, agility, and adaptability to keep up with GTM innovation

• Owning the delivery of end-to-end data products (pipelines, tables, and dashboards) to enable reporting and analytics that are automated, flexible, scalable, and action-oriented

• This will involve building and testing prototype data products yourself while partnering with corporate data engineering teams to build long-term solutions

• Identifying actionable insights that can target and improve Autodesk’s go-to-market efforts and inform the development of new products and business models

• Integrating your efforts into company-wide forecasting and planning processes and into the broader Business Architecture-led buildout of GTM Finance data

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in analytical fields such as consulting, strategic finance, BizOps, data science, business intelligence, data engineering, and/or IB/VC/PE

• Experience with SQL and large datasets

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.

• Experience with product management frameworks and process design

• Strong abilities in project management, change management, and cross-functional influence

• A good listener and communicator with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for leading a team of creative resources to design, test, and deliver digital user experiences that support Highmark's strategic roadmap. This individual will lead a team responsible for delivering cohesive, customer-centric marketing experiences across our digital channels, including web, mobile, social, email, SMS, etc, creating useful and usable digital solutions that solve the problems of our most critical customers, including members, shoppers, producers, employers, and site visitors. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with key stakeholders at all levels to understand business objectives and guide User Experience (UX) design teams in developing customer-centric digital solutions that meet those business objectives for multiple customers, including members, shoppers, producers, employers, and visitors.  Facilitate understanding of business requirements through planning, execution, and documentation of design research deliverables including personas, user stories, journey maps, etc.
• Develops, evolves, and communicates UX strategies, standards, processes, and best practices. This includes creating, socializing and implementing design patterns and digital UI/UX/Visual standards, working with IT to "codify" design patterns/widgets, monitoring industry trends and competitive trends, and establishing governance over design practices. Presents to and educates senior executives on UX strategy and tactics. 
• Works closely with Market Research, agencies, and other internal stakeholders to set KPIs, test digital designs, and measure success. Ensures a test-and-learn approach related to digital design, serving as an internal spokesperson for iterative human-centered design practices and ongoing monitoring and measurement. 
• Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of interaction design and information architecture deliverables such as site maps, workflows, user interaction models, low- through high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and other necessary visual assets. Oversees partners delivering UX design on Highmark's behalf and ensures adherence to overarching UX strategies and digital patterns. 
• Evaluates new software or technology capabilities, assesses vendor solutions, creates and manages ongoing partnerships with third parties such as digital agencies, software vendors, BCBSA, and other key vendors.
• Performs management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity. 
• Plans, organizes, staffs, directs and controls the day-to-day operations of the department; develops and implements policies and programs as necessary; may have budgetary responsibility and authority.

THE JOB

Reporting to the Director of Architecture & Design, prepare and coordinate conceptual plans, review venue design and construction contract bid documents and specifications for projects applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials. Prepare, review, and integrate planning and construction policies and procedures in accordance with Live Nation's business needs and directives. Coordinate furniture design, selection, and procurement to align with project design aesthetic.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Prepare concept designs, specifications, and presentations for projects.
• Coordinate development of project design and documentation with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Manage external design and engineering consultants and vendors.
  With Project Development and Design & Architecture team, set project design aesthetic direction and review and coordinate implementation with project consultants.
• Prepare and review plans, construction bid documents, and specifications for major and minor capital improvement projects and for alteration and renovation projects.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and cost, and review this with the business unit to ensure the project meets business objectives. Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with set goals and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and integrate construction planning policies and procedures.
