What You Will Do:

The Enterprise Architect will be a technology planning and governance role with enterprise level influence at Guidehouse. This role will play an integral role in helping driving the maintaining and improving the roadmap of the company’s technology strategy and processes. Act as a leader and set architecture direction for strategic technology projects. This role will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company’s overall objectives. Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Drive enterprise architecture activities with a ‘business outcome’ lens

• Build and evolve a business technology strategy including the strategic roadmap for IT systems

• Work on developing IT strategies and roadmaps to drive investments in enterprise capabilities

• Establish application and technology portfolio management processes and tools to provide transparency and reduce technical debt

What You Will Need:

What You Will Do:
As a ServiceNow Architect, you’ll lead the overall design and development of multiple ServiceNow applications across several projects. JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for leading a team of creative resources to design, test, and deliver digital user experiences that support Highmark's strategic roadmap. This individual will lead a team responsible for delivering cohesive, customer-centric marketing experiences across our digital channels, including web, mobile, social, email, SMS, etc, creating useful and usable digital solutions that solve the problems of our most critical customers, including members, shoppers, producers, employers, and site visitors. 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works closely with key stakeholders at all levels to understand business objectives and guide User Experience (UX) design teams in developing customer-centric digital solutions that meet those business objectives for multiple customers, including members, shoppers, producers, employers, and visitors.  Facilitate understanding of business requirements through planning, execution, and documentation of design research deliverables including personas, user stories, journey maps, etc.
• Develops, evolves, and communicates UX strategies, standards, processes, and best practices. This includes creating, socializing and implementing design patterns and digital UI/UX/Visual standards, working with IT to "codify" design patterns/widgets, monitoring industry trends and competitive trends, and establishing governance over design practices. Presents to and educates senior executives on UX strategy and tactics. 
• Works closely with Market Research, agencies, and other internal stakeholders to set KPIs, test digital designs, and measure success. Ensures a test-and-learn approach related to digital design, serving as an internal spokesperson for iterative human-centered design practices and ongoing monitoring and measurement. 
• Lead and contribute to the planning, execution, and documentation of interaction design and information architecture deliverables such as site maps, workflows, user interaction models, low- through high-fidelity prototypes, mockups, and other necessary visual assets. Oversees partners delivering UX design on Highmark's behalf and ensures adherence to overarching UX strategies and digital patterns. 
• Evaluates new software or technology capabilities, assesses vendor solutions, creates and manages ongoing partnerships with third parties such as digital agencies, software vendors, BCBSA, and other key vendors.
• Performs management responsibilities to include, but are not limited to: involved in hiring and termination decisions, coaching and development, rewards and recognition, performance management and staff productivity.

This is what you can bring to the role:

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Design Engineer to design panels and wiring diagrams / schematics for electrical and electronic control systems

Normal working week is 40 hours but extra hours are possible if the work requires it.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Reporting to the Director of Architecture & Design, the Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing the marketing efforts for Blueprint Studio and preparing compelling graphics packages to support the Blueprint Studio team.

Your role will include the following tasks:

• Create presentation decks, project information sheets, design guidelines and other materials for the Blueprint Studio team.
• Maintain and expand the Blueprint studio brand graphics standards, including presentation, project report, and administrative templates.

• Lead process for photographing completed projects for Blueprint Studio website and marketing use..

THE JOB

Reporting to the Director of Architecture & Design, prepare and coordinate conceptual plans, review venue design and construction contract bid documents and specifications for projects applying knowledge of design, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and building materials. Prepare, review, and integrate planning and construction policies and procedures in accordance with Live Nation's business needs and directives. Coordinate furniture design, selection, and procurement to align with project design aesthetic.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

• Prepare concept designs, specifications, and presentations for projects.
• Coordinate development of project design and documentation with external consultants and internal stakeholders.
• Manage external design and engineering consultants and vendors.
  With Project Development and Design & Architecture team, set project design aesthetic direction and review and coordinate implementation with project consultants.
• Prepare and review plans, construction bid documents, and specifications for major and minor capital improvement projects and for alteration and renovation projects.
• Develop project scope, schedule, and cost, and review this with the business unit to ensure the project meets business objectives. Monitor project progress to ensure alignment with set goals and timelines.
• Prepare, review, and integrate construction planning policies and procedures.
• Review and analyze construction documents to ensure design and programmatic alignment and identify potential constructability or coordination risks during preconstruction phase.
• Working with the Project Manager, monitor construction progress through on-site inspection and review.
• Create furniture plans, select furnishings, prepare budgets and coordinate orders for projects with the Furniture Coordinator.
• Work with Art and Branding teams on development and implementation of venue art program.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

• You will work closely with a team comprised of cross functional stakeholders from Live Nation including Project Development, Design & Architecture, Fan/Artist Services, F&B, Sponsorship, and Premium Sales. You will also work with general contractors and external consultant teams.
