Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Insolvency Solicitor Post and scan to ensure cases are effectively dealt with to limit company's bad debt exposures. This may involve working the cases in SOPRA from the solicitor and actioning any emails

• Process and monitor disputes and data updates for credit reference agencies in line with company policy.
• Complete the KPI Dashboards across all suppliers, highlight any poor performance or trends to the Litigation Exec's and / or Manager
• Support Exec's in working on emails to the Litigation Team.
• Log all team workloads in the required format
• Manage Payment of Supplier invoices for all suppliers, ensuring payment is made in line with agreed contracts, highlighting any issues or concerns to the Litigation Manager
• Review Litigation Vulnerable Customer cases to monitor our suppliers are adhering to guidelines in these cases and cases are being managed correctly.

Your new role
Duties include - supporting customer orders via telephone, email, live chat and online ticketing portal, accurately processing customer orders and queries in line with SLA standards, ensuring the best possible service is delivered with customers kept up to date with order progress, building professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners, the escalation of, issues to senior member's of the team when required, working in line with industry and company standards/values, by delivering excellent customer service standards increasing customer satisfaction and further customer orders.

What you need to succeed
Our client is seeking to hire a talented and engaging customer service executive who wants to develop a career with a marketing leading-organisation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a confident user of IT systems and can demonstrate a real passion for providing great customer support.
