We have an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Brain Injury Support Worker to join our team in Coventry, West Midlands starting in January 2025. Please note this role is a maternity cover. Our client is in his forties and we are looking for a support worker to assist him with appointments as well as supporting with the care that is required. Provide support to a large corporate computer systems estate comprising over 8000 desktops and over 13000 users. Duties include providing end user hardware and software support by utilising ITIL framework incident, change, request and problem management.
