A client within the Public Sector based in Lancashire is currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager to join their team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, contract position on an ongoing basis with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority.

The Role

Key purpose of the role is to manage the Building environment ensuring safe, compliant and quality services are provided and that all statutory requirements and procedures relating to legislation, fire and health and safety are undertaken.

Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• develop effective customer relationships, with internal and external customers, conducting Building User Group (BUG) meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the service provided
• coordinate actions emerging from the BUG user group, liaising with relevant services as appropriate, feeding back on activities and events relevant to the Building and its surrounding environment and taking ownership for the delivery of tasks and resolution of issues
• monitor and coordinate services and activities delivered within a building ensuring safe working practices are adhered to, working across services to provide a single holistic response to issues.

The Candidate

To be considered for this role you will require NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experiential learning.

• Carry out any duties required for the successful running of the contracts and major projects team

The Person:

• A qualified barrister, solicitor or legal executive who is a fellow of CiLEX with an impressive knowledge of contract and company law
• You will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge of subsidy control, company law, contract law and drafting a wide range of contracts including standard build contracts such as JCT or NEC4. This will ideally have been within the public sector.

Opportunity for Registered Mental Health Nurse to work within a Community CAMHS Team, Based in West Midlands

The team sits within the Community CAMHS Mental Health Team with the role predominately managing a caseload of diverse service users, delivering a range of clinical skills and building a therapeutic and recovery-based relationship. You will be taking on the role for clients and provide leadership to support others and ensuring that full assessment of individual care needs are undertaken. There care must be planned, implemented and reviewed on a regular basis. As part of this role you will be acting as a role model and promote effective teamwork across the service to meet individual client needs. You must be able to ensure that the CPA and Mental Health Act is adhered to at all times, and to work within the boundaries set out by the Trust' Policies and Procedures. Opportunity available for a Registered Mental Health Nurse / RLND to work within CAMHS Team, Based in Herefordshire

The team sits within a CAMHS Learning Disability Team with the role predominantly developing and provide a high standard of assessment and treatment for patients referred to the service. You will take responsibility for an agreed clinical caseload, involving care co-ordination as appropriate to ensure continuity. As part of this role you will collaboratively assess and provide needs-based treatment programmes and discharge plans for patients and their families and plan and provide appropriate services in consultation with users, carers and clinical teams for patients referred, within defined resources and always where appropriate and relevant using evidence-based practice. You will

You will also regularly review and evaluate treatment programmes with patients, carers and members of the clinical teams and participate in clinical meetings, case conferences and other patient review meetings.
