Due to continued growth, we have several newly created Customer Resolutions Coordinator roles, based at our Redditch site on a permanent basis.

Your communication skills will be second to none, as you'll be the first point of contact for all escalations and complaints for our internal and external customers. You'll have excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, as you'll manage the end-to-end work order complaint/escalation journey ensuring it's resolved within the agreed SLAs. You'll have exceptional administrative and time management skills as you'll be receiving, responding, and managing requests via various channels such as: calls, emails, or phone. You'll have excellent attention to detail skills as you'll be updating all systems with relevant notes and progress updates, so your colleagues are able to pick up and run with it if required. You'll be a solution focused individual as you'll be able to identify route causes and provide solutions to reoccurring issues.

You'll be a confident, self-motivated, empathetic individual with strong communication skills. You'll be detail conscious with a strong focus on achieving a high level of customer service. You'll be capable of handling sensitive and confidential information capturing this onto multiple IT systems whilst working with conflicting deadlines.

This is a 40-hour per week role, working between 7am - 7pm 5 days out of 7 days, therefore flexibility is required.

For this role you'll have experience of working within a fast-paced time pressured customer service role, within any industry and sector!

You will be joining an established manufacturing business in the Evesham area for a permanent customer service administrator job, working with a friendly and experienced team in a varied role.
Your new role
The role is a full-time permanent opportunity to work a 37.5 hour week, Monday to Friday, in their Evesham office. The position is varied with a primary responsibility of ensuring that business and consumer customers receive a high standard of customer service, representing the business and maintaining key relationships.
Key duties include:
Inbound and outbound B2B and B2C calls
Efficiently investigating and solving customer queries
Promptly respond to email queries
Provide information, data and PODs to customers where required
Handling complaints and escalating when necessary
Reporting on customer data
Use of Excel and SAP to record and maintain data
Assist line manager with process improvements
Contribute to the smooth running of the customer service function and the wide business
Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have a proven customer service background with strong administration skills, as well as confidence in dealing with large organisations as well as individuals and maintaining relationships. Attention to detail will be key to this role as well as IT literacy. Ideally, you will have experience using SAP in your career. This role will suit someone confident working in a small and friendly team, some of whom are long-serving employees.

Commissioning Support Officer

Location: Worcester

Salary: £15 umbrella an hour

About the Role

Worcestershire County Council are seeking a pro-active and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Commissioning Hub Support Officer. The role is based in Worcester and will involve supporting commissioning work within the Social Care and SEND areas of the service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Short Breaks Mini Competition processes from start to finish by collaborating with staff within Worcestershire Children First to identify suitable service provision for vulnerable children to enable the best outcomes for children, young people and their families.
• Following up provider offers to ensure that the provision matches the needs of the child as detailed in the referral, and actively challenging when anomalies exist.
• Utilising the Liquid Logic Childrens system to set-up financial packages for childrens care.
• Completing a monthly payment run, including challenging and negotiating with providers to ensure optimum value for money and may include escalating to service and contract leads any quality or engagement issues with the provider.
• Maintaining detailed financial records to support contract monitoring.
• Quality assuring forms, setting up contracts and assisting with other key commissioning related duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience of working in a commissioning environment within a local authority or similar organisation.
• Knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice and Children Act 1989/2004.
• Experience of working with Liquid Logic Childrens system or similar case management systems.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
