Job Description

• Supervision and Training - Be part of and supervise a small catering team. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain a high level of performance
• Quality Control - monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to ensure they meet or exceed customer expectations. Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Logistics Management - coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies. Oversee the flow of events, including food service, beverage distribution, hospitality and guest interactions. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
• Customer Service - foster positive relationships with clients and guests, addressing their needs and concerns. Handle customer inquiries, requests, and special dietary requirements with professionalism and courtesy. Be curious, solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services

What you'll be doing:

These services include, but are not limited to:

• Incident and request management for CAD services including end user CAD Toolset support
• Development, integration, testing, certification and deployment of new and updated CAD Toolsets
• Managing and reporting against security incidents (vulnerability remediation)

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Central and West Network for a Senior Nurse Manager (SNM). The SNM will work directly with the Deputy Director of Nursing and Quality to oversee the Central and West Inpatient and 136 services.

We are therefore seeking an experienced Band 8b SNM for the Central and West Network, this post will cover the inpatient services across Chorley, Preston and Ormskirk and the 136 suites in Chorley and Ormskirk.

This is an exciting opportunity, and the successful candidate will be part of an Inpatient Service that has the needs of our service users at its heart. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic to come and join a forward thinking, dynamic and a constantly developing team

The SNM has responsibility for the leadership and management of nursing across the designated hospital site/s; this includes line management of the Matrons. The SNM will support the Network Director and Deputy Director of Nursing & Quality in all issues relating to nursing within the hospital sites and is an integral part of the senior nurse leadership structure.

The SNM will establish and foster an effective working relationship with the hospital management team to lead improvements in nursing, service delivery and the achievement of organisational priorities.
