Our Healthcare Assistant roles are also doubled up as a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within his own home environment and especially within the community.

About You

To apply for this post, you must have:

• GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent in Mathematics and English Language
• Experience within a primary school
• Experience of working with the general public within a service provision environment
• Experience of working with vulnerable groups
• The ability to apply up to date legislation and practice in supporting inclusion for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs
• The ability to work collaboratively with senior management, other staff, other agencies, and gain their confidence

You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.

Sugarman Health and Wellbeing are looking for a Complex Care Assistant who can support our Service User in his own Home, He is a 22-year-old Male patient with AVM - Arteriovenous Malformations. He has a Tracheostomy and Mickey button in Situ. Our service user is non verbal and communicates via eye contact and gestures. He lives at home with his family who supports with all aspects of his care and wellbieng. Our Healthcare Assistant roles are also doubled up as a companionship role by building up key relationships and promoting independence through daily tasks for our service user within his own home environment and especially within the community.

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with teachers to support children in their learning and development, ensuring that all pupils have the opportunity to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to pupils who need additional help with their learning.
• Help to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Support the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and other learning programs.
• Monitor and record pupil progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist with classroom management and the organization of learning resources.
• Support pupils with their social and emotional development.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting is desirable.
