In line with the NHS Long Term Plan, Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust is providing clinical pharmacy services to PCNs in the local area. • Active member of the Caregiver Advisory Board and serves as a liaison between the VA and community agencies; this includes participating in caregiver support activities in the local community and state to promote and recognize the role of the caregiver.
• Supports the planning and implementation of the events and programs associated with annual National Family Caregivers Month every November; that includes announcement and advertising of month-long activities, mobilization of participants, educational sessions, caregiver recognition events and caregiver support programs.
• Maintain a knowledge base of current theory and treatment modalities by reading professional journals, attending conferences, clinic seminars and teleconferences, and materials distributed through VA and private sector sources.

- Monitoring the floor to ensure it remains conducive both Internal and Vendor OS.

- Ensure that there are no missed escalations

- Ensure all tickets are handled properly

- Carrying out coaching, feedback and counseling

- Ensure agent quality

- Conduct analysis and assessment of team performance

- Carry out operational monitoring to ensure that KPIs are maintained according to the SLA

- maintain KPI parameters such as CSAT, AHT, FCR, etc. to comply with SLA. 

- Understand data analysis in contact center scopes (Budgeting, Man Power capacity, Scheduling and Shifting validation, Efficiencies projects relate business and services process improvements)

- Make improvements to achieve KPI and budget skill analysis to ensure budget absorption is managed properly.

• Minimum 8 years of customer experience field.
