ABOUT THE DEPUTY CARE HOME MANAGER ROLE
Within your role as the Deputy Care Home Manager, you can really make a difference to our residents’ lives. Here are some of the responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring standards of care delivered by qualified and unqualified care staff.
Prepare the staff duty rota to ensure appropriate staffing levels at all times.
Responsible for monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being aware of any change impacting on care and care plans, ensuring that new needs are met.

As a Summer Intern supporting OTC, you will be trusted to lead a cross-functional team to assess and make recommendations to senior leadership related to innovation and competitive defense strategies and opportunities. In this role, you will:
