• Before you end each duty you are expected to complete all relevant documentation in respect of the service member you have been working with also in communication with your team members
• You will be expected to participate in relevant team trainings

Finance:

• Regarding all petty cash expenditure, you are responsible and will ensure that all receipts are documented, and change is locked away safely
• All service users’ funds / money transactions you are asked to undertake, you will ensure that all relevant paperwork is done. This includes the amount taken out, the amount spent and all change and receipts match accurately. All discrepancies must be reported to your team leader immediately
• You will ensure that you are totally conversant with the financial policies and procedures which relate to our service users and keep yourself up to date with changes.

Liaison with people external to the home:

• You will be expected to get to know all the people who are important to, and in the lives of our service users. This is especially important in respect of the service user / service users to whom you act as keyworker / co-keyworker
• As requested by the management, you will be expected to attend review meetings, in respect of the people to whom you act as keyworker / co-keyworker
