KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Scholar Development and Care policies and implementation

• Oversee the residential living and daily routines of the scholars
• Implement and ensure compliance with policies to ensure the development and care of all scholars
• Be responsible for the quality and achievement of Scholars’ individualised care plan
• Ensure scholars are meeting their goals, following the Scholar’s Handbook and are fairly reviewed for disciplinary misdemeanours

Capacity building and staff management

Organisational leadership

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma or degree in any fields
• 8-10 years of experience in developing youths in school and/or residential settings, with at least 6 years of experience managing a diverse team

• Excellent coaching, communication and leadership skills
• Demonstrates a track record of managing change to achieve goals
• Be a strong team player
• Mature, able to discern and make good judgements
