Hauptverantwortlichkeiten und Pflichten:

Benutzerunterstützung und Projektdurchführung im Service Desk mit Schwerpunkt auf Klinikumgebung. Description

The Sanitation Manager leads the Sanitation team and supports sanitation excellence throughout the plant.  Directs and manages the management team to ensure the cleaning of the plant production equipment and facility to meet food safety requirements as required by FSQA, USDA/FDA regulations and meet customer quality and safety standards. Ensures Team Members follow Company policies and procedures. Ensures sanitation quality and department efficiencies are maintained at or above standards. Supports the commitment and continual improvement to Food Safety and Quality programs.

Task

This role is a highly technical position that requires proficiency in problem solving, investigations and root cause analysis as it relates to sanitation and identification of related issues with the processing facility.  The ideal candidate would demonstrate proficiency in leadership, problem solving, and the ability to influence others to be successful. Applies principles of food safety, microbiology, sanitary operation principles, sanitary equipment design, HACCP, root cause analysis, risk assessment, issues management, regulatory compliance, and quality control. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Safety, Microbiology, Engineering or related technical field preferred with 3+ years of progressive experience in the food industry sanitation experience preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of a personal computer outfitted with Microsoft Office software including Word Excel and Outlook.
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and sanitary design. 7 steps of sanitation
• Experience in successfully addressing environmental wet and dry sanitation challenges in areas such as drains, floors, walls, roofs, and equipment.

• Experienced in Requirements Management for software/hardware, including interface requirements across lower level (mechatronic) modules

Ihre Aufgaben

• In Ihrer Rolle als Operations Specialist (m/w/d) sind Sie für die Koordination, Organisation sowie Durchführung von kaufmännischen und administrativen Angelegenheiten und Vorgängen für eine definierte Anzahl von MVZs der Nephrocare Deutschland GmbH verantwortlich
• Sie pflegen und verwalten die Verträge der Nephrocare Deutschland GmbH. Dies inkludiert den Abschluss und die Kündigung von Verträgen, die Überwachung der Fristen, das Nachhalten von Vertragsvereinbarungen sowie die Eingabe in der Vertragsdatenbank
• Zur Sicherstellung von internen Prozessen prüfen Sie monatlich die Bürokassen-abrechnungen der MVZ
• Sie erstellen und überprüfen Nebenkostenpauschalen für unsere Heimdialysepatienten
• In Ihrer Funktion unterstützen Sie die Geschäftsführung bei kfm. Projekte und implementieren die erarbeiteten Prozesse in unseren Medizinischen Versorgungszentren
• Ihr Fachwissen geben Sie in virtuellen Schulungen an die Mitarbeiter unserer MVZ weiter

Ihre Qualifikation

• Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung

Fresenius Medical Care, an EUR 19 billion company and largest kidney care provider in the world, is seeking a Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property (m/f/d) to join our Global Legal Intellectual Property Team. Legal Counsel - Intellectual Property (m/f/d) will be responsible for providing patent law and employee invention law advice and support to inventors and business unit managers in one area.

We are looking for a Master's degree in natural sciences, preferably physics, engineering or computer science for the position of a Patent Officer - Intellectual Patent Counsel, in particular for the area of "Digital Transformation and Digitalization".

Professional experience in a patent law firm or an IP department of an industrial company is helpful, but not a prerequisite. Suitable applicants may be trained on the job.

• Providing patent law and employee invention law advice and support to inventors and business unit managers in one area

EDUCATION:

Ihr Profil

In your role as Head of Supply Chain Excellence (m/f/d) your main focus will be driving and sustaining end to end Supply Chain improvement in process and technology to enhance asset utilization, cost optimization and service level; leading the effort to develop and implement global strategic initiatives across Fresenius Medical Care with targeted scope and defined outcome; and developing SC Excellence team to drive culture and mindset change throughout the supply chain organization.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed master’s degree in industrial engineering, supply chain management or business administration
• APICS certification preferred, e.g., Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM)
• Extensive work experience in Supply Chain Excellence/Transformation, or similar functions within Finance, Manufacturing in a complex global manufacturing organization, including minimum two years of people management
• Demonstrated experiences in applying process improvement methodology (lean or similar) and analytics to drive change management/organizational development, program development and project management
• Experience with budgeting and financial planning models in a multi-national company is a plus
• Consulting background in supply chain management with proven track record on successful implementation of improvement/transformation is a plus
• Well organized and systematic in work processes, possess excellent communication and collaboration skills and has ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities while managing deadlines
