Working as part of a team of Spa Receptionists to deliver outstanding guest service. Assisting in driving the financial performance of the spa including retail sales, treatment scheduling and up selling. The role also involves taking care of day guests, hotel guests and spa members. You will:

• Ensure a warm friendly welcome to all guests
• Have a complete knowledge of the treatments and services offered, and any promotions that may be on offer at the time
• Co-ordinate guests' consultation records with our therapy team.
• Be responsible for all billing procedures at the reception desk and the correct reconciliation of funds at the close of each shift and at the end of the day's work.
• Complete daily opening procedures and check lists per relevant area daily.
• Schedule reservations of spa services for guests and monitor availability of treatments and staff to ensure prompt service according to the relevant skills of the therapists.
• Organise scheduling to maximise use of time and profitability whilst ensuring that the client's needs are of first importance.
• Show a professional attitude at all times, particularly with regard to punctuality, appearance and general manner.
• Supervise and conduct the safety of users and equipment of the spa and receive training to endure that all relevant legislation pertaining to the Health and Safety at Work Law and Health and Hygiene standards are implemented and monitored within the spa.
• Recognise the importance of "sales" in every aspect of your role.
• Be responsible for preparing the reception area and desk for the next shift, ensuring all messages have been passed on before leaving and that adequate supplies at all public information material are available.
• Ensure guest areas, including locker areas and fitness areas, are kept clean and up to standard, following our Commitment to Clean guidelines

• Previous experience within a luxury five star environment would be beneficial.

We are working with our client, a market leader in their industry who are looking for a customer support administrator to join their growing administration team, reporting to the Office Manager in their Alfreton offices.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

• Providing customer support through phone, email, written correspondence, and in-person meetings
• Addressing customer service issues, ensuring discussions or correspondence are recorded, and working towards a resolution
• Escalating any unresolved issues to the Office Manager for assistance
• Monitoring and responding to emails within the established timeframes
• Processing online orders & issuing acknowledgments
• Packing & shipping items within the agreed deadlines
• Using the Sage system to handle order processing, quotations, returns, acknowledgments, and credit notes within the specified time limits
• Responding to sample requests, preparing and mailing items on time
• Providing support to the sales team, including booking meetings, organising samples and POS materials, arranging name badges, and coordinating lunches for training sessions
• Planning display installations and repairs on behalf of Senior Technicians, ensuring all materials, paperwork, and customer information are in place for each job
• Organising displays for customers by verifying job requirements, processing orders, managing display claims, and arranging credits when necessary
• Maintaining the warranty log by updating registration documents daily
• Assisting other Customer Services Team members during absences to maintain a seamless customer experience
• Performing any other reasonable tasks as required

Salary & Working Hours

Salary is £23,500 per annum

Working hours are Monday – Friday

Some travel maybe required at times for the role to attend trade exhibitions and meet with customers as well as possible additional hours to ensure projects are completed to timelines too.
