What you'll do

As a Service Specialist, you’ll be providing advanced technical leadership in the delivery of excellent service to our customers. Additionally, you’ll bring:

What does a live-in carer do?
Live-in carers live with a client for the duration of their chosen work pattern. You’ll look after one person or at times a couple, following a person centred care plan where you’ll tailor your support to meet your clients’ needs. Duties are likely to include assisting with daily activities, personal care, or support in managing conditions such as dementia, but also include cooking, cleaning and ensuring the smooth running of the household. You could be working on average 8 - 10 hours per day based on your clients’ needs (please note your daily rate will vary depending on the agreed number of daily hours you are working).

We have a number of different rota patterns to choose from ranging from 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off to 10 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Depending on the rota pattern you chose and following a client’s individual care plan, you will generally provide a daily average of between 8 - 10 hours care provision to your client.

About you:
You’ll be someone who’s happy to talk, laugh and enjoy time with our clients, assisting them in their activities and encouraging them to live life to the full.
You might already be working as a live-in carer, or you might have professional experience as a support worker, care assistant in a residential or domiciliary care setting, or you might be a HCA working with the NHS. If you share our passion for quality care, we’d love to hear from you.

We’re looking for the following skills and experience:
- At least 6 months’ professional care experience gained in any care setting

Main Duties

• Assisting the Solicitor with contributing to the set-up of the Inquiry.

• Identifying and recovering evidence.
• Reading into any recovered evidence and, as part of that, identifying further lines of inquiry and witnesses.
• Taking statements from witnesses and/or you may be managing statement takers.
• Liaison with the solicitors representing any core participants including instructing and liaising with Counsel.

Essential Criteria

2. Ability to work successfully as part of a legal team.

We are seeking a highly skilled Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of development projects and estates strategy across Surrey and Sussex Police property portfolios. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing projects related to property disposals, refurbishments, new builds, and collaboration with other Blue Light Partners. This role will also involve strategic oversight of the estates masterplan, ensuring cost reduction, efficiency, and innovation in all aspects of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver designated projects as outlined in the Surrey & Sussex Estates Strategy and Development Masterplan.
• Support the Estates Development & Strategy Manager in identifying suitable sites for maximising asset utilisation, income generation, or capital receipts.
• Manage a professional team to ensure successful delivery of projects in line with the communication strategy and risk management.
• Regularly review procedures to identify efficiencies and improvements.
• Provide strategic input for innovation in building utilisation, focusing on income generation, agile working, and business continuity.
• Manage budgets and financial planning for estate development projects valued at approximately £30m.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in estates or construction programme management.
• Full membership of a professional body such as RICS or RIBA.
• Architectural, surveying, construction, or engineering degree or equivalent experience.

Experience and Skills:

• Proven experience in commercial real estate development, ideally in a public sector setting.
• Expertise in estate strategy, project management, risk management, and financial planning.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with experience managing multi-site projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Auto-CAD, and project management software.
• Ability to travel to multiple locations across Surrey and Sussex.

Tollcross Primary School is looking for committed and professional individual to play a key role in supporting the assessment, planning and direct support of our children and their families in relation to Emotional Health & Well-being.

They will form strong supportive relationships with pupils and their families along with managing and tracking data to assist staff, carers and partners with relevant interventions.

The Pupil Support Officer will work closely with all school staff and external/internal council agencies and professionals to promote and support the development of positive relationships and emotional well-being of children, using evidence based interventions with individual learners and groups so that children can enjoy and access learning in an inclusive, safe and nurturing setting and are provided with every opportunity to reach their potential. The main purpose of this role will be to provide Front Desk Reception cover & basic Administration support to the business.

Duties involved in this role will include:
* Working on the front-desk Reception, providing excellent service to all visitors & staff entering the office
* Handling any incoming calls, dealing with basic queries when they come in & transferring calls to the appropriate party
* Assisting with meeting room bookings including organising refreshments & stationery
* Some basic ad hoc administration as required
