• Has a good standard of education qualified to level 3 or equivalent and be willing to undertake any relevant professional development.

Are you a highly motivated and inspirational individual with a passion for supporting learners with specific learning differences, mental health difficulties, or disabilities? You will plan, develop and monitor strategies for our learners, that require additional support to achieve their career and learning goals. Also providing advice and guidance for our teachers to deliver inclusive lessons for individuals with additional support needs.

We are looking for caring, nurturing (term time only) Learning Support Assistants who are committed to supporting children's learning both in the classroom and at lunchtime.
Our ideal candidates will have experience in working with young children. Also to have experience of working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADD/ADHD or dyslexia in a school setting would be desirable but is not essential. .
The successful candidates will work alongside a hardworking, dedicated and friendly team. There are excellent opportunities professional development and there is strong support for staff welfare, including a new staff well-being area.
