We are seeking LSA's with experience supporting SEND children, to be considered for LSA positions in a Secondary Schools across Milton Keynes.

Start date: January 2025

We are currently recruiting for experienced Level 1 to Level 3 Teaching Assistants considering a new long-term challenge and are able to commit full-time until July 2025, or on a temp to perm contract, whereby you will be taken on permanently if both parties are happy after 12-16 weeks.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you could:
- Help teachers prepare lesson materials
- Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons
- Work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting their learning
- Watch, record and report the progress students make
- Look after children who are upset or unwell
- Lead classes with help from the teacher

- Previous experience in a school is advantageous

- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.

- Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 8 am - 5 pm (part-time applicants will not be considered).

Secondary Supply Teachers Required

Location: New Milton and the surrounding areas

Salary: £115 - £150 a day

Perhaps daily supply or short-term assignments might give you the flexibility to achieve this, allowing you to either teach your specialist subject or just do some general cover with work set for you.

Teaching Personnel can give you assignments that give you the freedom to choose the days you work, allowing you to commit time to existing commitments.

We work with local Secondary schools to support them with staffing needs. We are able to provide contract work, daily supply, long term, and short term roles as well as specialising in permanent recruitment.

As a supply teacher there would be no planning or marking involved. You are only required to supervise/support the pupils in the class and deliver the lesson from the pre-planned work.

Any teachers interested in this opportunity are required to:
- Hold a QTS (11-16 or further education accepted).
- Be confident within their behaviour management skills and be able to adapt to different school's behaviour policies.
- Be driven and motivated.
- Be prepared to cover a range of subjects including your subject specialism.
