Prior experience working as a Teaching Assistant or within a similar role would be desirable, and a degree would be essential.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant your roles and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering learning interventions to students in small groups and/or on a 1:1 basis, monitoring their progress
• Supporting and assisting students both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assisting with the delivery of a broad and exciting curriculum
• Providing support for students with SEND within an inclusive learning environment
• Creating a positive learning environment that allows every student to feel supported, motivated and able to reach their full potential
• Working closely with the class teachers

The successful Grad TA will be working full time (Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:45pm) and will be committed to a long term, temp to perm Teaching Assistant contract to start immediately and expected to last until the end of the academic year in July 2025.
