• The Medical Affairs Manager plays a leadership role in Medical Affairs by providing valuable medical insight, developing medical strategies, and overseeing the execution of medical initiatives for assigned categories to significantly contribute to the execution of Company’s overall strategic imperatives in Vietnam. This position will also actively contribute to the areas of Business Strategy, Policies and Procedures
• The Medical Affairs Manager is responsible for ensuring consistency, quality, and compliance in execution of medical-to-medical initiatives and stakeholder-centric engagement, in relation to field-based medical activities.
• The Medical Affairs Manager supports the training and development of Medical Affairs Scientist Junior and is also responsible for quantifying field medical impact and monitoring Medical Affairs Scientist Junior, BU performance management to maximise the impact of medical activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

External Medical and Scientific engagement strategy and implementation 

• Support development of BU medical strategy for external stakeholder engagement in alignment with individual business unit medical strategies

Medical Affairs Manager | BU Training and Development

• Capability development, building high performance field medical team (if any), enhancing sharing of best practice and cross-BU/cross-functional collaborations

POSITION PURPOSE

• Supports, follow up and implements Retail/Omni strategy (product, speech, price, promotion program, event, assortment, reach our sales target) to secure the maximum commercial potential of current and future Pharmacy products marketed in Vietnam. 
• This position plays very important role on developing Retail channel as assigned (Drugstores, Chains, Key accounts, e-commerce, pharma companies, wholesalers…) to meet sales targets which aligned with marketing strategy and relevant Field Force team.
• This position will be the fielded-based expert on Retail business channel and will coordinate with marketing and pharmacy field force team to maximize market penetration to Santen products as well as develop differentiated value proposition and market share growth in assigned areas. 
• Responsibility leading/managing key assigned key accounts to ensure KPI achievement in good business relationship and customer insight. 
• This person does the analyzing competitors, market situation in assigned areas periodically and make suggestions and advice to management in decisions on account/channel distribution development in line with the development situation of company.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Identify the commercial potential markets for assigned territory/account.
• Update retail/omni channel distribution network/dynamic related to market share, penetration, trend behavior.
• Secure the KPI (sales target) achievement through direct work in field and/or collaborate with other teams (Field Force team, Marketing team, Distributor…) on developing planned price, trade promotion and execution to ensure meeting company direction.

The Meeting Targets and Maintaining Epidemic Control (EpiC) is a global project focused on HIV, global health security, and combatting trafficking in persons using funding from the President’s Emergency Plan for AIDS Relief (PEPFAR) and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). EpiC is seeking a qualified and motivated Vietnamese candidate to serve as a Communications Officer based in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.

This position is funded from April 1 through September 30 with the possibility for extension based on funding availability.

Main responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders (community-based organizations, government partners, vendors, creative agencies) to implement communication activities and events

• Develop and provide trainings on communication skills

Experience and abilities for the position:

• Expertise in social media marketing and communication campaigns, content design, including ability to teach others

What You Will Do:

Central to the Health Representative’s role will be the introduction of a new & promoted medicines and innovative digital service that will help elevate Health Care Professionals’ patient care. The role is consultative; spanning Pfizer’s entire resource and product portfolio for their customer base and one that will result in long standing and truly valued relationships with customers. The Heath Representative will draw on healthcare knowledge and understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry, as well as Pfizer and the product portfolio, so that customers achieve the solutions they need.

The HR Vaccine should be proficient at planning and executing an effective relationship strategy and building/ maintaining effective, long-term business relationships at the senior executive level with key decision makers and influencers.  The Health Representative identifies and prioritizes Pfizer opportunities through understanding customers’ business and strategic imperatives.  The Account Management Executive/ Brand Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing an effective account plan for each account

Reporting to the engineering simulation products director, the Engineering Health and Safety Coordinator is responsible for all health and safety topics related to flight simulator installations, integration, and tests, both in Montréal and at the customer location. Our ideal candidate has:

• A bachelor’s degree with specialty in appropriate field (work health and safety, industrial relations, engineering, environment, industrial hygiene).
